    Ingredients:
    For dough (आटे के लिए):
    Fresh sorghum flour (ताजा ज्वार का आटा): 1 cup,
    Chickpea flour (बेसन): 1 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): 1/2 tbsp,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/4 tsp,
    Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste, OR 1 tbsp,
    Carom seed (अजवायन): 1/4 tsp,
    Coriander (धनिया): 2-4 tbsp,
    Oil (तेल): 1 tbsp,
    Water for dough kneading (आटा गूंथने के लिये पानी): as per required, make sure dough should be tight (आटा सख्त होना चाहिए)
    For tadka (तड़के के लिए):
    Oil (तेल): 1 tbsp,
    Mustard seeds (सरसों): 1/2 tbsp,
    Cumin seeds (जीरा): 1/2 tbsp,
    Chili (मिर्च): as per taste,
    Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना): 1/4 tsp,
    Asafetida (हींग): 1/4 tsp,
    Water (पानी): 2-3 cups,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/4 tsp,
    Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) as per taste, OR 1 tbsp,
    Coriander (धनिया): 3-4 tbsp,
    Boiled pigeon peas (उबली हुई अरहर की दाल): 1 cup,
    Tamarind pulp (इमली का पल्प): as per taste, OR 3-4 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Jaggery powder (गुड़ पाउडर): as per taste, OR 3-4 tbsp,
    Coriander (धनिया): for garnishing,
    Clarified butter (घी): 1 tbsp,
    **After boil water add sorghum dhokli (पानी को उबाल आने के बाद ज्वार ढोकली डालें)**
    **Stir in between so the dhokli will not stick each other (बीच-बीच में चलाते रहें ताकि ढोकली एक-दूसरे से चिपके नहीं)**
    **Sorghum flour should not old more than 15 days (ज्वार का आटा 15 दिन से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए)**
    **Serve it hot it taste delicious (इसे गर्मागर्म परोसें, यह बहुत स्वादिष्ट लगता है)**
