    Gram flour (बेसन): 3-4 tbsp,
    Chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज): 1/2 cup,
    Chopped spinach (कटा हुआ पालक): 1/2 cup,
    Chopped coriander (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया): 1/4 cup,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
    Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste,
    Cumin seeds (जीरा): 1 tbsp,
    Garam masala (गरम मसाला): as per taste,
    Sesame seeds (तिल के बीज): 2 tbsp,
    Curd (दही): 2-3 tbsp,
    Butter paper/ cotton cloth (बटर पेपर/सूती कपड़ा): 1,
