    Ingredients:
    Thick flattened rice (थिक पोहा): 1/4 cup,
    ((Water for soaking (भिगोने के लिए पानी): 1/4 cup))
    Fine semolina (बारीक सूजी): 1/4cup,
    Curd (दही): 1/4 cup,
    Fresh sorghum flour (ताजा ज्वार का आटा): 1/4 cup,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Nigella seeds (कलौंजी): 1 tbsp,
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर): 1/4 tsp,
    Coriander (धनिया): 1-2 tbsp,
    ***For tadka (तड़के के लिए):
    Oil (तेल): 2 tbsp,
    Mustard seeds (सरसों): 1 tbsp,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): 1-2 tbsp,
    Nigella seeds (कलौंजी): 1-2 tbsp,
    Green chilli (हरी मिर्च): as per taste,
    Curry leaves (करी पत्ते): 2-3 tbsp,
    Asafetida (हींग): 1/4 tsp,
    Chili flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स): optional, 1-2 tbsp, OR as per taste,
    salt (नमक): very little already added,
    ***For garnishing (सजावट के लिए):
    Spring onion (हरी प्याज): optional, 2-3 tbsp,
    Coriander (धनिया): 2-3 tbsp,
    **Please Note***
    **While kneading dough don't use water (आटा गूंथते समय पानी का प्रयोग न करें)**
    **Sorghum flour should not old more than 15 days (ज्वार का आटा 15 दिन से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए)**
    **((After soaking, if the water is left in the flattened rice then strain it,, (भीगने के बाद अगर पोहा में पानी बच जाए तो उसे छान लें))**
