  • Ingredients:
    Rice flour (चावल का आटा): 1 + 1/2 cup,
    Semolina (सूजी): 1/2 cup,
    Curd (दही): 1/3 cup,
    Water (पानी): 1 cup,
    Grease with oil (तेल): 1/2 tsp
    Salt (नमक): 1 tbsp, or as per taste,
    Baking soda OR Eno (बेकिंग सोडा या ईनो): 1/2 tsp,
    **Steam for 12-15 minutes on a medium flame (मध्यम आंच पर 12-15 मिनट तक भाप में पकाएं)***
    **** Leave the batter for 5 mins (बैटर को 5 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें)*****
    *****Once idli cooled down then remove it from the mould (जब इडली ठंडी हो जाए तो इसे सांचे से निकाल लीजिए)*****
