    Ingredients:
    Mung bean sprouts (अंकुरित मूंग): 1 cup,
    Ginger (अदरक): small piece,
    Garlic (लहसुन): 4-5 cloves,
    Oats flour (ओट्स आटा): 2 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): 1/2 tbsp,
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
    Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर): 1/4 tsp,
    Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste,
    Coriander (धनिया): 1-2 tbsp,
    Curd (दही): 1 cup,
    Grated cucumber (कसा हुआ खीरा): 1/2 cup,
    Grated beetroot (कसा हुआ चुकंदर): 1/2 cup,
    Coriander (धनिया): 2-4 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Chaat masala (चाट मसाला): 1/2 tsp, OR as per taste,
    Black pepper (काली मिर्च पाउडर): 1/4 tsp,
    Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste,
    **Air Fry (एयर फ्राई): 200°C (390°F) for 5-7 mins, OR until golden brown,**
    **If shallow fry, make a Tikki shape then shallow fry them (अगर शैलो फ्राई करें तो टिकी का आकार बनाकर शैलो फ्राई करें)**
