    Ingredients:
    Pearl millet (बाजरा): 1 cup,
    Yellow Lentils (मूंग दाल): 1/4 cup,
    Clarified butter (घी): 2 tbsp,
    Cumin seeds (जीरा): 1 tbsp,
    Crushed garlic (कूटा हुआ लहसुन): 2 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Hot water (गर्म पानी ): 4+ 2 cups or as required, until millet is properly cooked,
    **For tadka (तड़के के लिए)**
    Clarified butter (घी): 2 tbsp,
    Cumin seeds (जीरा): 1 tbsp,
    Chopped garlic (लहसुन): 2 tbsp,
    Asafetida (हींग): 1 tsp,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1 tsp,
    Green chilli (हरी मिर्च): as per taste,
    Curry leaves (करी पत्ता): 10-15 leaves,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): 2-3 tbsp,
    **Cover it, or it may spill on your body****
    ***Stir in between on medium flame****
    ****It takes 50-60 minutes to cook properly****
    *****Always use fresh millet******
    *****It tastes awesome when you eat a hot******
    ****मध्यम आंच पर चलाते रहें****
    *** इसे आधा ढकें, नहीं तो यह उड़ेगा*****
    *****इसे ठीक से पकने में 50-60 मिनट का समय लगता है******
