ताजे नारियल की बर्फी || Coconut Burfi Recipe || Sweet Recipe No Sugar || Thengai Burfi Recipe.
Ingredients:
Clarified butter (घी): 2-3 tbsp,
Freshly grated coconut (ताजा कसा नारियल): 2 cups,
Jaggery powder (गुड़ पाउडर): 1-2 cups (depending upon the sweetness)
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
Milk powder (दूध पाउडर): 1/2 cup,
*** Please Note:
Continue to cook on low to medium flame until the mixture starts to hold the shape (धीमी से मध्यम आंच पर तब तक पकाते रहें जब तक कि मिश्रण अपना आकार न पकड़ने लगे)
Use freshly grated coconut for more juicy coconut barfi (अधिक रसदार नारियल बर्फी के लिए ताजा कसा हुआ नारियल का उपयोग करें)
To make a hard burfi, cook for more time, and for soft burfi, cook less (सख्त बर्फी बनाने के लिए अधिक समय तक और मुलायम बर्फी बनाने के लिए कम समय तक पकाएं)
Here I am using a stainless steel pan that's why the mixture will not leave the pan (यहां मैं एक स्टेनलेस स्टील पैन का उपयोग कर रही हूं इसलिए मिश्रण पैन को नहीं छोड़ेगा)
