    Ingredients:
    Garlic (लहसुन): 5-6 cloves,
    Chilli (मिर्च): as per taste,
    Dill leaves (शेपू OR सुवा): 2 cup,
    Gram flour (बेसन): 1 cup,
    Rice flour (चावल का आटा): 1/4 cup,
    Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर): 1/2 tsp,
    Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर): 1 tbsp,
    Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर): as per taste OR 1 tbsp,
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर): 1 tbsp,
    Carom seeds (अजवाइन): 1/2 tbsp,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): 2-4 tbsp,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Oil (तेल): 2 tbsp,
    Water ( पानी): Around 1/4 cup OR as per consistency. Add little by little water (थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके पानी डालें) Make a semi thick consistency (आधा गाढ़ा बना लें),
    *For tadka (तड़के के लिए):
    Oil (तेल): 2-4 tbsp,
    Mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज): 2 tbsp,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): 2-3 tbsp,
    On high flame shallow fry on both sides until golden brown, with a crispy texture (तेज आंच पर दोनों तरफ से कुरकुरा होने तक सुनहरा भूरा होने तक फ्राई कर ले)
