We were blessed that the independent channel out of Cincinnati carried the Kentucky Colonels games. Without the Royals, this became my pro team. Louie Dampier, Artis Gilmore, Maurice Lucas. But the opposition was as fun to watch, Dr J with the Nets and the Iceman with the Spurs. The Pacers were the Cadillacs of the league. I loved the ABA.
