What if your employment contract states 4 weeks notice period?

Is "what are you waiting to hear or feel?" A good question to ask at the end of an interview. I think it would be clever thoughts?

I quit my job with e-mailing a letter of resignation and with a physical copy. They did not care. No exit interview and misinformation on my last day of bernefits.

Inclusivity can also sound like " How do you envision us working together to solve xyz?" Or...combine answers..."The way I see us working together to solve xyz is"... Especially if the interviewers are peer level. but have different roles. What do you say Andy?

It took me 2 months to get a career with RTX Raytheon Missile Defense . I got confused when I received no response from recruiter after an interview with hiring manager and his boss. The interview in April went well so it made me wonder what was happening. I sent a follow up emails to the recruiter/ called her and left voice message, and she reached out to me that the hiring manager still needs to interview a few internal candidates for the position. I kelp in tough with her and showed my interesting and passionate. A month ago June 5, recruiter sent me an email (CC the hiring manager) that the hiring manager would like to move forward with me. So please be patient even though you do not hear from the recruiter or hiring manager. I accepted the offer. Clearance Keep in touch with them and showing your passion + interest in the position. Sometime the hiring process is longer than your expectation. Hiring manager is also busy as well. It’s my personal experience that just happed two months ago. Hope this help.

So a tip from my time at a Tibetan Buddhist meditation retreat (led by a Rinpoche [teacher] from Tibet): When your realize your mind has wandered, notice/acknowledge it and return to your focus. No judgment, no condemnation, no blame, just return to your focus. Consider thoughts to be like clouds floating past in your mind. You notice if but you don’t grab on … just let them float past.

When I just woke up my focus for the next hour is going to sleep again 🥱😴🛌

Perhaps its just my politics but I will not “feel” my through negotiations. Do your homework and know what market rate is for your skills. Its just business. Ask if thats their best offer and if yes… thank them for their time and leave.
