Thank you Andy. I find value and food-for-thought via your videos. I write notes and consider how well I am doing and if I should change anything. I am at the point in your video where you say we need to listen to our customers. But who are my customers?
I believe I do a better job at this than average for someone in the corporate world in oilfield, but sometimes struggle with knowing who my customers are in a company/industry which has regular M&A activity.
I could write a book, but feel stopping here will provide most benefit to those who may read my comment.
