I hope you enjoy this week's video! We all know job searching is tough stuff. I hope this helps make it easier for you!
I found this video very useful
Andy is the hero we need...
Too kind of you!!!
I can confirm from my own experience, I’ve applied to dozens of jobs using ATS or even company websites, maybe 20% said thank you,no, and I have had three interviews
Can you touch on how to find emails of bosses and recruiters? I find that linked in has personal emails of the managers if you are able to connect with them and I’m not sure where else to find emails nowadays!
You can use sites such as hunter.io and others like it to identify the corporate email format and verify it. You can also verify them at sites such as verifyemailaddress.org. Good luck!!🍀
Thank you!
❤ It seems like the more research I do, the more I learn in terms of opportunities I can tie to a boss to target. The level of responses from those haven’t been great. I am not associating those however with failure outside of the giving up on certain companies my friends work at. This life is perfection, even when everything seems out of reach. I know there's a reason I'm going through this.
Man, I get it, but I do design and beside the resume, I also need a stellar portfolio. It’s like… adding another insanely subjective component to the process. Love your interview advice, though, specifically about not talking too much/overexplaining. I’d love your take on walking a hiring manager through something visual (like a case study in a portfolio).
Totally...HR hires completely inept when it comes to Professional level jobs processing!😤
Hi Andy, gotta tell you I got a job two years ago, all thanks to your career achievement journal. It was a great way to have examples ready for all those “what’s your strength/weakness?” Questions.
I’m recently in the middle of an interview and I have a feel in that the tasks I’m getting are really rather long. They’ve taken over 60 hours for me too. They now may expect me to do another one. Is this normal? How do I handle this?
I've noticed that many HR or Recruiter profiles don't give contact information. How do I find the correct person to contact at a company ID like to work with?
Hi Michael, you can use sites such as hunter.io and verifyemailaddress.org and others like them!
You'll need a Bus email to access Hunter features

Where can I get the longer version of this video?
It’s actually not available. It was a special event we did a few months ago. However, I do have more videos on this strategy on my channel!!
