SO they jam into the middle of Uncle John's, pause for a couple of seconds, and then start it from the beginning, and it sounds absolutely perfect. Not a beat dropped or missed. Like it was always meant to be that way. This is why the Dead are so much better than any other band. They take chances, and when it pays off, it really pays off. Other bands never find this magical place. This version of Uncle John's is also one of the best I have ever heard. Perfect and inspired in every respect. A classic show from first note to last.
