This was from the kindness of David Gans who was kind enough to lend me his original DAT he got from the vault back in '94. Lineage: MR...DAT,The AUD patch in 'Playin',first 2 songs in set 2 plus 'sug mags' is from Bob Menke via the MOTB transfer.

I was wet trimming all this week, all at 5am. Me, coffee, sharp scissors, and the Dead. First 2 mornings I listened to this show. This morning it was 4/14/72 Dark Star.

love listening to the different jams during these years in Sugar Magnolia. i know hard cores like to go deeper in the Dead's repertoire and i get that... but that song is the most fun in concert and you cannot not shake your bones for 10 minutes straight.
Saw some great shows at the Coliseum - YES, Floyd, U2, but the Dead were the best. New Years shows... Mercy! I also saw enough of Reggie Jackson & Catfish Hunter to last a while too! Thanks much for uploading this gem!!
