1-Minute Exercises To Get Skinny Legs

- Extra fat in your thighs can make simple tasks difficult like walking or going up a flight of stairs that is why it's necessary to focus on this part of the body as well.
Today's workout video is an exercise that focuses on your legs and thighs, enabling you to work your lower body muscles to burn the excess fat and tone your muscles as you go along.
Each routine included in the video lasts for about 1 minute making the whole video last for 23 mins including rest times! 😀 If you're ready to make that change and get into gear, let's begin the workout today! Good luck and keep exercising everyday until you see results!💪❤️

hey i just started this workout so i’ll be updating everyday for two weeks! (results will be included)
day 1 - i’m sweating and out of breath. my legs feel a bit shaky and sometimes hurt when i walk 😩 i took a couple of few second breaks in the middle of some of the workouts because oh i needed to. no change but it’s the first day though i feel good about myself!
day 2 - my legs ached a bit when i woke up but i felt more confident. my legs hurt so much on the squats i had to take breaks but overall i think it went pretty good. i am still sweating but not very out of breath. no changes yet but it’s only the second day.
day 3 - this workout was the best by far! still struggling on the squats though but it’s been better! no physical changes yet but it’s only day 3 but my legs and thighs feel slimmer and lighter! i feel more confident! ❤️
day 4 - i was sweating less but those squats! my legs were definitely sore cause i had track practice today (i’m a sprinter). i am starting to develop a small thigh gap! this morning my things/legs felt slimmer and so did my stomach! i am so excited to continue this!
day 5 - rest day
day 6 - this was a good one! i took less breaks and felt good! i was sweating a bit but not so much ached. i can see and feel a little thigh gap developing and my stomach feels slimmer. i feel lighter!
day 7 - i can see a small difference in my legs and thighs. my thigh gap is starting to get more noticeable! i feel so much more confident and slimmer. my stomach feels tighter too! i did this workout a couple minutes after i ate so the squats were very hard on me but other than that it was good! (i’ll update tomorrow)

Day 1: ✅ some workouts were easy some were difficult, but overall not that bad.
Day 2: ✅ the workout wasn’t as hard as it was yesterday!! though i am pretty sore lol, definitely worth it though!! 💪
Day 3: ✅ I wasn’t feeling my best bc girl things so it was a little bit harder than yesterday, i’m noticing a slight difference in my legs!!
Day 4: ✅ I had a 3 and a half hour lax practice, but i still did all of the workouts lol and my legs are super sore.

I’ve always been really insecure about my legs, especially with all of my perfect skinny siblings. Im gonna try this everyday for about a month before my showers and see what happens.
Tips: I beg of you please please please pleaseeee warm up and stretch before this warm up. It’s very important you don’t pull anything. Also when you’re starting out don’t be afraid to modify some of these exercises and take longer brakes. It’s also very important you drink water and take deep breaths during the breaks.
Day 1- I was really out of breath and couldn’t do all of the exercises. This also made me realize how inflexible I am😭. Feeling a little nauseous and there’s no difference. I did lose about a pound. I’m not feeling any lighter or any difference but it’s only day one. Overall really excited to continue this and see some differences. Im also starting to eat a little healthier. Im gonna go shower, I’ll update you tomorrow after my workout, bye!

Day 1: I lost a couple calories but my legs look the same. My legs are definitely burning though.
Day 2: My legs are much stiffer than yesterday, I'm burning more calories than yesterday. I just realized that the excersises are helping my upper body too.
Day 3: I'm starting to see a couple more changes. My stomach seems a bit flatter and my legs look a bit skinnier. I'm excited for the end result!
Day 4: I can almost put my hands around my legs. I'm really happy with the results so far.

HERE ARE MY UPDATES ON THESE WORKOUTS:
Day 1: definitely tiring, doing this on a diet, no physical changes YET. Felt really good after doing this along w some other excercises. Most of these exercices were pretty difficult for me.
Day 2: Really sore thighs and stomach, some of the workouts were hard but I managed. There are little physical changes but I’m feeling pretty good and I’m progressing. Still doing this on a diet w some other exercices. Will update tomorrow.

U can’t get a thigh gap by working out, it has to do with UR bone structure, U have to have wide hips for it .

Day 1 : i have completed the workout with a lot of pain being created . Not able to walk properly
Day 2 : I have completed the exercise n my pain is getting reduced
Day 3 : I am going easy to do exercises ! No pain , nothing and exercising is getting eased.

These are a rlly good exercises!!
This is an amazing workout, I’ve been doing it but if you don’t workout a lot, you may feel a little sick doing it sometimes. If you do stop and drink some drink, when the feeling goes away then restart or start in the morning. Also if you need to take longer break, don’t push yourself ❤️

Hey there, @user-ix1ov1tz8w! Just keep going and keep exercising until you see results, (name). You won't see these results in a quick amount of time especially if you're more on the plus side. Weight loss depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. If you're more on the plus side, it may take time to see results. As you know, excess body fats cannot be burned in a very short amount of time - it's not healthy and it's not natural either. You need to workout continuously to achieve the results you want to see. I believe that you can do this and achieve the fitness goal that you want! You can do this! Good luck!💪

I see so many people not sticking to their days, so I'll do this for anyone who's still here.
I'm 5'5 and I weigh 232 pounds.
Day 1: Dyinggggg. But it feels really good, def helps you lose a sweat.
Day 2: My legs are soooo sore!! But I did it. I feel good. I had some oatmeal with yogurt, raisins, and a bagel for dinner afterwards and lots of water.
Day 3: Took a break from the legs today. Did some arm and stomach exercises instead.
Day 4:Skipped a day because I was with family.
Day 5: Did it, and I feel wonderful, and I still feel energized, so I'm going to do other workouts as well. :)

Hey guys I'll be doing this 7 times in a day an I will tell u how I feel after each 1 I'm doing it 7 times to count it up as its. A week
1st workout: hard very hard most of the exercise were difficult but I made it now I'm going to do the 2nd workout in a hour! 😊
2nd workout:was better I saw a change but not much but I’m getting better at doing it!
3rd workout : There is a big change I have seen in my body hopefully it gets better by the end!
4th workout : it’s actually not as hard anymore and I have seen a big change!
5th workout : ok I’m back in the second day because I couldn’t do it all in a day I’m very sorry but this really works I lost 2.2 kg wow !
6th workout: i am really proud of my self i never thought I would loose this much weight!!!
7th workout: oh my god I really recommend this I have lost 5kg just from this 😃😃 I am very happy hopefully if you were scrolling through the comments to see if this worked now you know it really works I really recommend this thank you so much I just subscribed ❤️

Day 1- It was easy not any results yet!
Day 2 - Easy I have not seen any results
Day 3- I see a small thigh gap
Day 4- I see my legs a bit skinner or slim

It's quite good exercise but results are seen very lately I'm doing it everyday for nearly 5months though I can see results but it's too late after 5 months I started working out slightly I can see better results I request Roberta to upload fast result workouts if u do that ur going to help us a lot plzzzz

Day 1: ✅ omg im sweating so much its like I’ve been running for hours and i can’t feel my legs
Day 2: ✅ im sweating so much but it was easier than the first day
Day 3: ✅ a bit easier than day 2
Day 4: ✅ feels a lot more easier seems like my body got used
Day 5: ❌ didn’t do it yesterday
Day 6: ✅ did it except the two last workouts
Day 7: ✅ so i measured my thighs and l’ve lost like 2 cm from both my thighs so i might do this exercises for a month🤷🏾♀️
Day 8: ✅ I feel so much more motivated than my first day🙌🏾

Hey guys! So a week ago I finally decided that it was time to make change.
As said I started a week ago with working out and watching what I eat. I worked out everyday, sometimes less or more than other times. I found this channel just today, and I’ve been doing a few of the workouts, so I thought I’d come and update if anyone wants that :)
First week I lost 2kg, all I did was exercise and drink about a gallon of water a day (approximately 4 liters) I did NOT go on a diet, but the one falling of water a day would really fill me up, made me feel less hungry at times of the day where I’d be dying to eat something. I also noticed that I would rather snack on berries or an orange than a bag of chips.
So even tho I didn’t go on a diet, I did eat a bit cleaner and just a tip, I know a lot of people (including me) who just ‘pressure’ themselves to eat everything’s than on the plate, but instead you should make the portions smaller and STOP when you’re not hungry anymore, that helped me a lot.
So if anyone wants me to update let me know :)

Day 1: cool after a couple exercises my legs felt wobbly probably just getting used to it. I like it so far my legs are moving more freely today.

day 1: some exercises killed me, some were actually quite easy!! which was awesome. felt my legs tightening.

So its been 3 days with workout and surprisingly I see change. My thigs are thinner, and my stomach is slowly growing abs. And I didnt use a diet, I've been eating fast food normally and yet it still works!
