I'm just 16 so my tummy got flat and perfect and also I didn't have any loose skin.
Only this and sometimes just another 10-15 min stretching to get tall

This workout is magic ✨, initially for 2 months I didn't notice any changes but in the third month 6kgs were dropped & later all together after 3.5months I had lost 9kg without any strict diet, but with less oil food.

I didn't see any changes in few weeks but I'm happy to see changes after 1 month I'm gradually decreasing in weight... No diet just reduced intake of sugar and oily foods... Don't give up just keep doing this workout works!!

Actually it doesn't matter about how much u eat it's how fast ur metabolism works mine goes fast and I work out and eat whatever I want my sister is slows but not to slow she works out and eats whatever she wants and gains 2pounds then she loses it when she loses like 15 everyday and my bro his is very slow he can't eat like we can but we do 13 workouts a day 4 in the morning 4 in the afternoon and 5 at night and we have remained fit
@@miacrazy8493 well we are all different from each other especially to out body types there maybe some point that even you have fast metabolism you will still gain weight cause of some body hormones that don't work properly to help you to lose weight

Day 1 - ✅️ ( but i could only do once not twice )
Day 2 - ✅ did completely because of yesterday workout had body cramps still i did and it feels good ( day 2 i felt extremely sweaty got drenched completely in sweat and i have lost 0.3kgs)
Day 3 - ✅️ was feeling sore in the beggining...even thought of quitting it but later it went well and I felt good . It was getting easier compared to last 2 days .
Today I think...I didn't loose weight it was same.
Day 4 - ✅️ excersice is getting easier day by day❤️ I feel fresh after completing it.
( today I have lost 0.3 kgs)
Day 5- ✅️ lost 1 kg till now🫶
Day 6 - ❎️ felt exhausted will continue this from tomorrow
Day 7 - ✅️ feels sooo good already lost 1.9 kgs till now .
(My suggestion: to have atleast 1 Day off from workout to avoid burnouts )
Will continue this workout for 1 month and update the result soon.🙌

My weight dropped to 70 kg. And yes I eat normally no diet at all.

Update after starting the workout on 27th Feb.
Today is March 21, around 3 weeks of sticking to this workout religiously. I have lost 6 kgs in total. Loving how much this workout is helping me become healthier. I'm following this along with a strict diet and an hour walk for some cardio as well.

I gained weight so now I’m here. I haven’t eaten in 4 days because I hated the way I looked, but now I ate a full meal since I can barely stand up and my nails are coming off.. I now have nutrient deficiency and I’m dehydrated. Hoping I can reset my metabolism and do better with this workout while only doing intermittent fasting this time. I’m only 14 years old and my mother has been monitoring me ever since I was experiencing major health issues on my attempt to not eat for a whole week. I’ll be updating soon!

Day 1:- felt the burn 💀 so sweaty but completed it twice. The next day i saw slight results (cuz I was doing like 3 workouts together), my lower back was HURTING, came down from 42.7 KG (usually my weight at 3 PM) to 42.3 KG Started a no sugar diet.
Day 2:- Completed Set 1 but stopped Set 2 after doing “body extensions” cuz i got a sore muscle in my inner thigh. Wasn’t able to do leg workouts and others. Didn’t check my weight, but after breakfast I was 42.5 KGs my stomach was a lil more flat at than usual. By evening I had sugar which I goaled not to, but I start a diet tmr! So far so happy with the results!
Day 3:- Completed Set 1, stopped set 2 at the 4th to last exercise. Skipped the rest of exercises cuz I was busy.
Day 4:- took a rest (ate so many chocolates)

Thank you for this great video! I tried your "10 Simple Exercises To Lose Weight At Home" for 5 days, even repeating all exercises twice, but didn't feel like it did much for me. Just found this video and completed all the exercises, even skipping some of the "rest" parts, and definitely feel like this is a better fit. My goal is to continue with this plan for 25 days, without a diet, and hopefully I'll be able to loose 5 kg :)

⭕ Current weight: 79 kgs :)
Oki am dropping all other workouts and starting with this one and might pick up others on the way too but here goes day first lol
Day 1: Did only like 10 minutes of it today
Day 2: Did till 15:30 cuz' at those squat in and outs my thighs felt like they would break lol
Day 3: Again did till 15 cuz' those squat in outs kill me lol
Day 4: Was out looking for schools the whole day and came back in the evening dead beat so slept it out
Day 5: no excuses, was straight up lazy
Day 6: Was going to drop at 15 minutes cuz' those squat in outs simply feel like they drain the energy out of my thighs, so much that I feel like I wouldn't be able to stand back up lol, but I still did those (not properly tho, like full squats yk) and I am glad I did, most of the exercises after that were a breeze, tho I still stopped today at 25 minutes in :)
Day 7: Did 25 minutes and even tho my thighs are sore they still feel stronger than yesterday, and I am surprised at how many people can do this whole on their first try, my muscles are still stiff lol
Day 8: Did till 22:22 cuz' my cousins wanted to use the room lol, and my legs feel much stronger now (even tho they are stiff at the moment) and the exercises got easier than the first day, am trying to do the squats more completely now
Day 9: Did till 24:20 and nowadays my body is sore all the time except when am exercising so idk if that's a good thing or not lol
Day 10: ⭕ Idk if the machine's not working or sum but now I weigh 75.9 kgs even tho I only did a lil more than half of these exercises lol
And today I did till 24 minutes and skipped more than half the rest times :)
Day 11: Skipped today cuz' I got home late and didn't realize what time it was until I had to go sleep :/
Day 12: Didn't know if skipping one day made the exercises harder or easier but my muscles sure did feel dead and not used to the exercises lol, as if it was a streak (like on Duolingo yk) I just broke lol.
Day 13: Had too much food in the evening so felt like throwing up at the thought of exercising
Day 14: Had food just now even tho I was INTENT to go exercise as soon as I get home, I will exercise no matter what today tho 😭
Addrd later: I did not.
Day 15: I started doing another of their challenges and am kinda bored with this one even tho it makes my body ache way more than the one I did today but I am going to do almost all the videos posted by them as challenges from now on (as they were intended to be done) instead of sticking to one and I am done with this one as I did it almost regularly for 7 days and lost around 3kgs :)

I've started this workout yesterday and I've just completed my workout today and I've already lost 1kg! This workout definitely works and I highly recommend it. It was also quite hard to convince myself to do the workout today but after the results I got today, I'm going to continue doing this exercise.

After 1 month now i become 56 .... didn't followed any diet .... only reduced the qty of food .... this workout is just unbelievable...... the tym when we start our workout its so tuff ... but plz don't quit it ... the weighting machine will make u happy ......

For everyone struggling to stay motivated, remember: MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!
You are building muscle by working out, so even if you don't lose a ton of weight, your body is still changing and becoming healthier!
Muscle is denser than fat and takes up less space, so focus on how you FEEL and LOOK after incorporating exercise in your routine, more than how much you weigh (daily weight changes are normal!).
And remember muscles need time to heal and grow in between workouts, so if you are in pain from the day before, you are risking injury! Be safe and stay motivated!

Here's a tip:
• Keep drinking water as it helps you lose weight
• If your gonna go on a diet then pls don't eat too less. That can cause blackouts and dizzyness ( trust me I made the same mistake)
• Do keep some water with you while doing this but don't drink it too often, you'll get a stomach ache

I would love to make a change during quarantine. I've never felt more motivated and free than now. School was always getting the best of me and I could really feel my body punishing me for neglecting it. I want to feel empowered again and with this program, I feel nothing will stop me. ✅ Week 1 - 75,7kg: This first week, I just wanted to get a feel for how it was going to be like, so I am currently only doing the first half of the workout. The first few days I was SO SORE, but it was mostly gone by day 5. (I recommend warming up beforehand instead of jumping right in so you’re less sore afterwards) I didn’t know what I was expecting when I weighed myself today, but to see the scale go up wasn’t one of them.. But on the other hand, I noticed that I was looking a bit more toned! My biceps have become bigger, and my jawline a bit more defined - And because muscle is heavier than fat, that hopefully explains the weight gain. I am really happy with the (small) changes happening already. I think after another week of this, I’ll start trying to do the full workout ✊️!!
✅?? week 2 - (I’m away from home, so I don’t have a scale to weigh myself) So the start of the week went great. I was doing the exercises, and then came Friday. Not that I wanna get too much into it, I’m in a bit of a depressive episode right now and haven’t been doing the exercises. I might not be able to continue this if I don’t start feeling better, but in the few days I’ve done it, my body is looking a lot better than what it was before. I might come back to this eventually, but for now I’ll just let it be. Hope you guys reading this have the motivation to continue!!!

Day-1 👍✅️ Did all exercises but some I felt difficult to complete so took extra break and did them again.
Felt good 😇 these exercises are really easy 😌 I think from day 2 you will be able to do them easily.
Day -2☑️ I couldn't complete all I just did upto 25 mins properly and skipped slow brupees , squats in out exercises
And rest of them I did 15to 17 counts 🥴

I do not care if I lose that much. All I know is that ince I started I feel my muscles in my legs, I feel fit, I can walk and bend faster and get up from bed easily!! Plus, my legs look sexier!! At last!! Thank you! I am really excited!! I am working out with this video everyday!!🤩☺😚😀😃😄🙂😉❤💙💜🤎💚

day 1: lightly sweating legs sore feel good though
Day 2: legs sore when woke up but was able to get through
( I’m doing about 5 of your workout videos a day) totaling about 90 minutes
Day 3: no results yet or any inches off of stomach/thighs/arms but sore
