    Absolutely love your routines/workouts! I'm tired of jumping and also, I have had a knee replacement that still bothers me when I do aerobic exercise.       ​@@Amethyst.44I don't weigh myself because I don't have a weight scale hahaha, but I know my weight has gone down from the clothes I wear, what used to be tight is now looser and people comment on why my body can't get fat, I exercise at least 3-4 a week once a week, but because I follow the challenge given by Mizi, I try to do it every day and mix it with other work outs, a maximum of 45 minutes,, I maintain my diet by reducing oily food and eating more vegetables, before my face was full of acne, now it's gradually better. There are no good results without struggle, let's start taking care of our health & so many thanks to mizi for your video work outs

    Good morning from New Zealand Mizi❤ after a month and half I have been committed your video! Now am back again and I want to say thank you for this short video to top up after I finished 42 to 45 minutes of your intents cadio and dumbbell work out!! And this video was amazing one!!
