    Hello Girlfriend. Can you please do a 8,000 step, 30 second interval video, that lists either progress or steps tracked, and no repeats. Love your workouts! Wish I looked as good and fresh as you always do. My hair is usually a mess and I have to keep paper towels in my top to continuously wipe the sweat off! Thanks for all you do.
