    2,500 step challenge that anyone can do! Easy on your joints, beginner-friendly and just fun!

    WORKOUT DETAILS:
    ➡️ Duration: 21 Minutes
    ➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧
    ➡️ No Equipment
    ➡️ 30 Sec Work, 5 Sec Rest
    ➡️ No Repeat
    ➡️ You'd be burning an average of 100 - 200 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
    I suggest doing at least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.

    Thank you so much for this workout! I just got AFOs and I'm trying to workout in them but don't have the strength/balence for a lot right now but I was able to complete this! So much fun

    Wonderful workout! Grabbed a pair of three-pound dumbbells for a little added intensity and got a great sweat going. I enjoy the 15-20 minute time range to accompany a short yoga practice.

    here is my feedback:
    I'm 163cm and 55.6 kg.
    Burned 86 calories and the average heart rate is 105
    This workout is really easy to do at home especially on an empty stomach in the morning
    LET'S DO IT EVERYDAY!

    Luna is adorable! This is a nice easy workout that is just right for getting started again after a sick say or for active rest days. I do love your videos, I just struggle a bit when the steps / movements don't match the beat of the music!
