I have NEVER been this loyal to other fitness trainer except for you, yana! Your music, your moves are perfecto for me. Yana, as your loyal trainee, can i request for you to make a video that focuses on belly fat? 😂 i struggle in that area. I managed to lose 6 inches, but my belly is still bouncy and flabby.🤣

Hey, sorry but I just wanted to tell you that fat can't be spot-reduced. Fat is gained or lost proportionately throughout the entire body, and no specific exercise or diet can target a certain area of the body.
Please don't let fitness influencers mislead you! I recommend watching some videos by Justina Ercole (czcams.com/users/JustinaErcole) because she covers myths spread by influencers in a really accessible, understandable way.
