SO GUYS LISTEN
When you are having a goal it's great, but it should be adequate for you! If you feel that you need to lose weight it's okay, but notice that while doing exercises you not only losing weight and burn fat but also gain muscles. And muscles are heavier than fat, that means that your weight can increase! For example, you're fit enough, and than your weight is starting to increase. This could mean that you are growing your muscles, and it's great!
THE MAIN POINT IS that while exercising you should take into consideration the way you look at the mirror and your body shape. 45, 35 or 15 kilos IS NOT ALWAYS HEALTHY, you can be thin and fit and well-shaped with the weight of 50, 60, 70 kilos. Just think, your muscles and bones and other can't have zero weight! Tale this note into account

Here! It's my first dau doing this routine! It was exhausting, I'm currently going to the gym, full cardio for about an hour and a half.
I went down 14 pounds in a month with exercise, keto and inttermitent fasting diet!

this october been 10 months doing amy workout..total lost is 21kg and i will keep going..this video is my first workout video i follow then change to other amy workout video..i lost 10 kg in the first month coz i do it with proper diet..now i still diet and eat what i want but not in big amount. also i only drink water that contain sugar when im really craving..i drink almost 2L plain water everyday..i increase my vegies portion and cut my rice portion...now been doing this workout again.

I work out 3-4 times a week, 30-40 mins each. Sometimes i combine 10 mins work out with 15 or 20 mins work out on emy's channel

I've been doing this workout for 4 months alongside with emi's 15 min HIIT workout and I lost a total of 10 kilograms. From 87kg to 76kg, I am so happy I tried working out to be healthy.

*my story with this workout!!*
*day 1:* im feeling exhausted, but I do feel very proud of myself for completing this :) my weight was 54.6kg, I will weigh myself tomorrow before repeating this. I’m looking forward to doing this during summer. i can really feel the burn in my inner thigh and I’m sweating A LOT.
*day 2:* im really proud of myself atm. im on 54.1kg before the workout!! I’ll do what I did yesterday. im so exited and I can feel the burns. my advice is to do your hardest and then when you finished the entire thing, relax on the stretches. exited for tomorrow!!
*day 3:* im feeling amazing, i really feel the burns and it hurts but I’m relieved that I completed this. my weight was 53.8 before the workout so yesterday I didn’t work as hard as the first day but I still did really good. I’ll do what I always do tomorrow:))
*day 4:* i took a break today so i ate loads of cookies 😋 those calories kicked in tho. i’m at 53.8
*day 5:* i’m feeling very tired gonna go to bed. apart from that, i’m feeling happy :) i’m at 54

*day 25:* i’m SO SORRY for not updating you for a while but i’ve injured my foot so i sadly can’t do the workout but i have been working on my diet and eating healthier and a little less and so i am at 51.1 kg :) so i will keep updating on my weight and i’ll also say when i can start working out again :)
*day 76:* ive sadly stopped doing this but only because a new gym has opened at my school and i’m going there every monday and wednesday while i do basketball every tuesday and thursday. i’m currently injured while writing this so i’ve been gaining some weight and i’m at about 53.3kg.

Lydia Lau One session early morning(empty stomach) and one in the evening which is 3-4 hrs after lunch. Do it on a regular basis with healthy diet and you will surely see results. I'm having PCOD so it took me some extra time but it really work.

stream dna increase protein intake and reduce carbs in your meals. Calorie deficit and workouts together will help. You can track your meals and workouts on Healthify me app which i used and still using. It will surely help you to keep record of your daily calorie intake.
Breakfast - boiled egg, egg onion omlete, oats cooked with milk with honey, brown bread with peanut butter
Lunch - 1 multigrain chapati, cereals, salads and vegeies(1 cup)
Dinner - a glass of milk with a bowl of salads
For snacks you can have fruits
This is what i followed throughout my journey. And this is something which someone can follow in a long term.
Princess Habbu try to do it in the morning and evening. Initially for a month you can do this twice a day and after that you can incorporate some additional workouts along with this. PCOD has only one cure, healthy lifestyle. Now I'm perfectly fine and have no issues of irregular periods. Hope this helps you too.

3 years ago I was 75kg and I followed this video and lost 15 kg in 3 months. But now I have again gain my weight up to 80kg and I spent 1 hour just to find this video and follow it again. I started following this video from today. Hope I can make it :D
Day 1- ✅ sweat is dripping down, I feel the burn, feeling amazing, 1st day is difficult 💪 but stay strong
Day 2- ✅ feeling a little tired in the start but after completing the exercise feeling good
Day 3- ✅ I'm not feeling to do this exercise but guys focus on goal there is no excuse, my thighs are hurting to much. I hope you will also complete
Day 4- ✅ I'm on my period but still I did it , I feel less pain now , feeling good after doing I'm start feeling tonning of my muscles
Day 5- ✅ done for today , keep strong guys, I feel the burn 😊
Day 6 - ✅ god today is did this exercise in evening because some reason, so much sweat , I'm happy ❤ for completing this workout 💪
Day 7- ✅ actually I took break on Sunday and today is Monday, i don't feel like exercising but I did , I Got bored easily , so today is my last say or this workout 💪 stay strong guys.
By doing this exercise one feel I can feel I'm less lazy more active throughout the day, I have less anxiety, I can see myself loosing some weight, my stomach is almost flat now I was 29 back than but now I'm 27 sized.

I didn’t follow any diet plans and ate the staple Indian diet. With occasional junk stuff😌😌

Day 1 ✅fully done. It was definitely hard but still pushed myself by taking longer breaks.I did another exercise in the evening (her 10days workout challenge). It was sooo tough. I did another 1hr walk at night.
Day 2 ✅was trying as hard as I could. But sore legs because of the strain of workouts I was doing.
So many times thought of giving up. But did it till the end. Took a lot of breaks. I didn’t go on a walk but in the evening I did a emi wong’s workout. Definitely a burn
Day 3 ✅I didn’t do it in the morning but did it fully without any breaks in the evening. Was sweating a lottt more than I expected. Didn’t do any extra workout but went on a walk for 1hr at night.Could see some small changes in me. More energy and toned legs
Day 4 ✅ done was easy now but still burning a lot of calories. I didn’t go on a walk because of some reasons but I did a another workout in the evening. I measured the areas and noticed that not much change was there in the arms and abs area. But the thigh fat reduced definitely
Day 5 ✅ done it was tough today for some reason (mostly because I had done cleaning of my room) and I did not do any new exercise or walk cause I was tired.
Day 6 ✅done I did it in the morning was easy peasy. Planing on doing it in the evening. I had the clean my room again (part 2)🥲😂
I had a lot of junk yesterday (pizza,cheesy stuff) so tomorrow have to burn 🔥 more than I should normally
Day 7 ✅finally a week over . Definitely burnt a lot of fat in the thigh area as I already mentioned it. SIGNIFICANT change 🎉🎉🎉
It was easy for me to complete in the morning then I did an an workout so that I could see some change in the abs area also

I started with my diet a day before this workout. I’m doing a keto diet and have 2 meals per day with no snacking. Drinking lot of water as well.
Day 1: First day of workout and had to skip the last exercise because I was so out of breath. I’m at 85.0kg and 167cm tall
Day 2: My muscles hurt but I still continued to work out today followed by a 10min stretching session as well. I’m at 84.6kg
Day 3: My whole body is hurting now but this will be my rest day. I’m at 84.1kg
Day 4: I did the 45min workout and my soreness is going away. I’m still at 84.1kg
Day 5: I did the 30min HIIT for today and I feel pretty good. This time it felt shorter than the last ones and I managed to do all the exercises. I’m at 83.1kg
Day 6: Taking a break because wanted to have sundays as my break days. still at 83.1kg
Day 7: full week of this exercise done. I’ve lost 2kg this week and continue with my diet and workouts. I’ll update you next week.
Day 14: Late Update but i've lost 4kg in the first two weeks. Right now im almost at the end of week 3 but i couldn't work out much since i was quite busy. Im gonna try to keep it up again!

Doing this: thrice a week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday starting next week since I had irregular workouts this week (started three days ago).
Day 1: Felt the burn on my upper body a lot, not so much on my stomach, but I researched that you don't necessarily have to feel the burn to see if you're burning fat. I couldn't finish the last set because I felt like there was a knot on my left leg, I didn't want to injure it. Goodluck to me!

So this was the first workout I did while I started working out on Aug 2021...and till December I did lot of emi's workouts like 28 days challenge , full body shred etc...all I have to say is thanks a ton emi ...you made me lose 8kgs ..(from 73-65 kg ) even without proper diet...to all those who are gonna try this ...guys this definitely works...so I personally didn't see results spontaneously....I started seeing results at my 4 th month ....so all you need is patience ....and most importantly consistency ....so be consistent , start slow ....you will reach the goal..😍💖

I keep on searching for so many workouts but this one works out best for me. Last time I did this, in just four days, I lost 2 kg. But I eventually stopped because I was so busy with school. But quarantine just started so I'm doing this again.
I just got started on this workout and I'm so loving it. I specially love the fact that I don't have to get on a mat and still feel the burn.

[I never realized my legs were so weak...! I couldn't feel them after working out on the first days ! @New it took about 4 months, i did the workout 4 times a week, I don't remember my specific diet I just started eating healthier and cutting back on alcohol and sugars.
I couldn't thank you enough for making this video! I lost 6kgs just by doing this exercise 4-5 times a week in just one month! For anyone who's wondering, i eat healthy too but not everyday cause i was a big eater and it's really hard for me to handle food lol. But when i didn't eat healthy i do calorie deficit. Just saying, a good diet is the most important thing. Does not matter if u wanna tone your body, lose weight or build muscles. Diet is 70% and training is only 30%. So youre not gonna see results if u eat trash 24/7.

When I got to the squats I honestly felt like throwing up so I stopped there took a nice cold shower and slept and tryed to get further into the routine the next day. Please do not push yourself to hard
that's ok! its good that you recognised where your body needed to stop and rest. everyones body and fitness level is different and you should always listen to yours to make sure you aren't overworking yourself.

Absolutely! If you feel like this workout overworks you, try an easier workout, once you've adapted your body you can do more advanced workouts along the way, also I hope you rested for about 15-30 before taking a shower! 🤗

Before quarantine I weigh almost 70 kgs. After 3 months I lost 10 kgs, I did this with intermittent fasting plus no junk foods, no sodas though cheat days were still there. I stopped working out for a month, stopped my IF & cheat day everyday, then I gained additional 3 kgs 😭, so here I am again... let's do this!
