Today, I've prepared a low-intensity walking cardio workout that's perfect to do after a meal!
Since it's low-intensity, you can easily follow along even after eating,
and there are no jumps, squats, or lunges, making it suitable for beginners too.
Moving lightly after a meal helps stabilize your blood sugar levels,
and it won't make you gain weight!
(Remember, it's not a good idea to just sit or lie down right after eating!)
So, let's create healthy habits together with this walking workout!

Hi Mizi. I had surgery in August 2023 and was just cleared this month to be able to exercise again. I started with this exercise for the past 2 days. It's a total body workout. Especially for lazy bums like me, it's great especially bcos i have flabby arms. I like that she incorporates the arms. The music and pace is perfect. The best thing is there is no repetition, no talking and the timer for last few seconds is perfect because it's usually at that time i get tired and want to give up.

Haré esta rutina por 30 días
Día 1: Quice seguirle el ritmo pero como no estoy acostumbrada solo dure 10 min
Día 2: Esta vez lo hize a mi ritmo y terminé la rutina completa a excepción de un ejercicio que lo tuve que cambiar por otro.
Día 3: Completado. Otra vez sude y puse música a todo volumen. Intento no ver el temporizador porque si no, se me hace eterno.
Día 4: Completado. Cada vez siento que puedo levantar más alto las piernas.
Día 5: Completado. Casi me rindo de hacer hoy pero si lo hice.
Día 6: Completado. Me detuve a tomar agua como 1 min al min 15.
Día 7: Completado. No me detuve en ningún momento.
Día 8: Completado. No me agite tanto pero sude mucho.
Día 9: Completado. Ya puedo alcanzar mis manos a la punta de los pies.
Día 11: Completado. Feliz Navidad a tod@s🎉.
Día 12: Completado. Hoy no quería hacerlo pero me dije: ¡Sólo hazlo!
Día 13: Completado. Llegué súper tarde a mi casa y por cansancio no los quería hacer.
Día 14: Completado. Hay un ejercicio que todavía no me sale por mi panzota.
Día 15: Completado. Feliz año nuevo.😊
Día 16: Completado. Hoy hice por primera vez workout de pierna y me costó más terminar el esta rutina de walking cardio.
Día 17: Completado. Hoy no hize la rutina de piernas e hize de abdomen y esta vez se me hizo más fácil el walking cardio.
Día 18: Completado. Hoy hize de nuevo piernas y esta vez solo me detuve una vez.
Día 19: Completado. Se me hizo fácil el día de hoy. Hago esta rutina 5 días a la semana.
Día 20: Completado. Otra vez hize piernas y después este workout y... facilito.
Día 21: Completado. Esta vez hice los ejercicios más rápido pero ya no me canso tanto😊
Día 22: Completado. Ya casi termino el desafío!
Día 23: Completado. No pensé que llegaría tan lejos.
Dia 24: Completado. Casi no hago hoy porque hace muchísimo frío.
Día 25: Completado. Cuando termine con estos 30 días, haré el de 40 min.
Día 26: Completado. Me recupero de la agitación en menos de 1 min cuando termino.
Día 27: Completado. Hoy mi novio me dio ánimos para seguirle. 😊
Día 28: Completado. Ya no se me hace eterno como al principio.
Día 29: Completado. Sólo 1 día más 🎉
Día 30: Completado. Seguiré haciendo otras rutinas.
Día 10: Completado. No encontré mi tablet así que informo por aquí.
Te sirvió para poder bajar de peso y quemar grasa corporal??
@@micaelacardosocharles8501 si me ayudó. Pesaba 180 libras y ahora 172 libras, pero también le agregaba 20 min de ejercicio muscular y cambie mis alimentos dejando la soda por completo entre otros alimentos.

Day1: Just started today. I completed 20mins and yes i wanted to do the whole thing but my body couldn't! So hope i will complete the whole thing soon!

Day 4: I couldn't do the whole workout just completed 21 mins
Day 5: Yes! Much better than yesterday..i did 28 mins..closer to 30!🎉
Day 6: I could do only 10mins bcz got to do some urgent stuff
Day 7: I thought I'd do at least 20 mins but I had to stop by 15. I feel awful! But not loosing hope😊
By following your every week workout plan i lost 6-7 kg in 2 months thank you so much for your very helpful vedios ❤

@@rosalyn19 regularity is most important thing.. atleast 5-6 days in a week you do exercise for a effective result !! (including a good diet plain also)
