Okay I'm gonna add my comment too! guys I've been an obese child for my whole life and I was bodyshamed throughout my whole life now I'm 22 and still fighting to lose weight but thanks to emi, I was super depressed and she helped me go through this faze of my life by her workouts, I was 110 kgs last year and now I'm 87kgs. and still going on..... My goal is 55kgs and by intermitted fasting and emi's workouts I'll achieve it InshAllah!

@@shireenfatima3815 ofcourse actually I've been doing intermittent fasting and also I've been taking apple cider vinegar every morning alongside with moringa supplement (due to some harmonal imbalance) also Iam doing some cardio exercises (ofcourse emi's one's)and drinking atleast three 1.5 liter bottles of water daily so far it's helping me alot losing weight,just remember it takes time to lose weight because all that weight that u have putted on ur whole life cannot be lose in some days but believe me once your consistent you'll see the results very quickly❤️
Okay so I've been doing intermittent fasting with apple cider vinegar every morning alongside with moringa supplement for harmonal imbalance and also I'm doing cardio daily and I'm drinking atleast three 1.5 liters of water daily it's working out alot currently I'm 84kgs now and still going,just be consistent you'll see the difference in a week or two ❤

@@arushi1306 Hello, this depends on your metabolism and body structure. It would be wrong for me to say anything definite, but you can get a fit body by doing cardio exercise and walking. I recommend you to follow your progress by measuring your weight and body every Monday. Don't put time pressure on yourself. Sport is a celebration of what our bodies can do. You can rejuvenate your body by eating healthy, never give up. Even if you quit, don't feel bad.

I had started another walking cardio program 2 days ago. I did emi’s 30 min walking cardio. From today I’ll do 6000 steps cardio + walking cardio videos for a week. (1.5h in total)

I have done Emi's walking workouts before and lost around 5kgs within a span of two months.What I love about her workouts is they are very moderate with rests in between.I want to lose around 5kgs this year so I started this workout.Since this is 1 hour long. I don't need to do any other workouts with this.

Day 01 - ✅ (10/03/2024 - It was hard to continue doing this for an hour, even my family members disturbed me in between.Hopefully it will get better since it's only the first day haha)

Omg!! Just did it, I can feel myself again after a month of laziness and not working out. The last 5 mins was very difficult for me even tho they were less intense exercises. Right when i was about to give up those 5 mins..Emi said "the effort you're putting today will give you the strength tomorrow "

Hello, I just made a resolution that I will be working out in 2024 to help tone my body. Started this long journey since 1st January, 2024 and hoping to go a long way all through the year. I'm currently weighing 58kgs and hoping to lose 7-8kgs and enter the below 50kgs group according to BMI index for my short height (=145cms). Wish me luck! I'm alternating it with zumba exercises, HIIT workouts by Emi and other walking exercises as and when posted and as and when I feel motivated and energized for the day. Since it has been only 20 days there hasn't been much significant change to my weight - but hoping to see at least a kg loss by the end of this month! 🙏
