I started at 75 kg, it's been 1.5 months im doing this workout daily, and i lose 5 kg with intermittent fasting. Never been consistent with workout before, because of my knee and backpain. Because of doing this workout daily, im not only losing weight, i feel energetic, gain my confidence and my backpain is slowly dissapear too. Thank you, Emi!

I'm doing this workout for 2 months. As result I lose almost 9 kgs which is at begining my weight is 69, now I'm at 61 kgs with a proper cool down

Hello Emi, it has been a month since I started this workout. I started at 66kg. I didn't expect any weight lose, I just want to move my body more. But unexpectedly, it decrease my weight into 64.5kg. My body feels lighter than before and it feels so much good. I'll try to keep doing this workout, cause it's the only workout that makes me comfortable and enjoy every move. @@shriya1877 I followed Emi’s workout and went for 40mins morning walks everyday . For diet I just stick to simple homemade food which has less oil .Plus changing mentality that’s is to focus on the process and not on the progress . You should never take workout as a punishment or burden rather an experience of a healthy journey ✌🏻.
@@shriya1877 try to incorporate varieties of fruits and vegetables in your diet it will help to boost your metabolism. In Pcos what happens is body metabolism gets extremely slow.
I am 54 kg and I also suffer from PCOD, I just do workouts to stay healthy as much as possible, we are strong & we can do it 💕
Btw I used to have pcod and reversed it naturally. I'll tell you what I did, eat simple home food (doesn't matter carbs, fat whatever, just eat more veggies and minimize fried food and desserts). Take supplements - Vit d (do a blood test and take vit d till your levels are above 60), magnesium glycinate, chromium (only for 3 months, then stop for 3 months and start again), zinc also 3 month stop start. This plus spiritual practices like chanting the hare krishna maha mantra (chant - hare Krishna hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Ram) will help you immens. And obv exercise. Trust me if you do this you'll reverse pcos too. Chanting you can start with 10 mins a day and increase gradually. Good luck. Hope you achieve your goals and feel happy.

Today is 13rd December.
I do this exercise in the morning and do "30 min Full Body Fat burn HIIT (No Jumping)" in the afternoon. (I will not exercise when I have period days, I will do other exercises instead). My current weight is 54.94kilograms (~121lbs). I will update daily process and my weight after one month.
▪️Day 1 (14.12.2023): ✅ I woke up late today so I just did this exercise in the afternoon. Full of energy after I did it...
▪️Day 2 (15.12.2023): ✅️ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did 45mins Walking workout in the morning and 30mins full body workout in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 3 (16.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today)
▪Day 4 (17.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
▪Day 5 (18.12.2023): ✅️ I did this cardio 2 times and normally meals.
▪Day 6 (19.12.2023): ✖ (No workout today) but I walked 10,000 steps today.
▪Day 7 (20.12.2023): ✅ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did this exercise 45mins in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 8 (21.12.2023): ✅ I did this cardio in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 9 (22.12.2023): ✅ (I think I'll mantain have a glass of smoothie per day. It has benifits such as removing toxins out of my body and replacing breakfat) Today I had a tomato + apple smoothie. I did 45mins walking workout combined with 30mins Full body Fat burn HIIT (No jumping). Normally meals.

Done workout 6days .. 1 days .i do 2 excersice ..morning n night .. i do this workout without any skip . 3days i lost 1kg . Now six days i lost 2kg .. weight before 58kg .

I haven't been doing any kind of training for a few months now but saw a woman on insta doing this workout and i wanted to give it a go. It was hard, but i did every set and every rep! Sometimes I had to settle for 20 or 30 seconds instead of the 40, but I did it :D And i'm very proud of myself for that. Thanks for the great workout! I'll make sure to chek out some more 😁

i was originally 103 kg had some rough journey with RCH also so took way many pills that resulted in me gaining 43kg i was originally 60 kg so yeeh life goes on i tried so many diets like soo sooo many i couldn't exercise due to my disease but lately i gained my strainght and since then i lost 10 kg now i'm 92 kg and looking forward to my journey

What an awesome workout. Been awhile since I've worked out and did most of it the day before yesterday and it is sneakily tough. I felt ok after, was semi tough especially for a walking workout. Woke up the next day barely able to move, I was sore from head to toe. Jumping in to my second round but if you are new here its vital to stretch before and after. Do not underestimate this workout

Yes I finished..I literally had to force myself to this workout after a long day at work but so happy I did...
Emi ohmg u always come up with the workouts that I exactly need!!! Just a week back, I got to know that I have a mild slipped disc and honestly it really broke me down cause I have almost reached my desired fitness with ur previous workouts, but then a hindrance like this was really demotivating. Until I am properly healed, I have been told to avoid high intensity workouts and most importantly the basic movement of forward bending. I am glad to have found ur workout at the right time, especially since it is rainy season and walking outside is not possible at all. So thankyou so much again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ KEEP GOING!!!
