Exercising can be really hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 250 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 140 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.

@@devanshimakwana600 yes it is. I did it twice a day. Morning before breakfast (7 am). And then 5 pm. Also drink more water

This AB Workout works, lost massive INCHES around the waist. Cut out Sweet drinks, and included water with every meal. Eating an Apple a Day does work.😊😊😊
Did you do this workout with other exercises, like full body workout or sth like that?
was following the other standing ab workout but I feel like I should follow this one. I'll try to update frequently
DAY 1- ✅ - My arms hurt but overall it wasn't that exhausting. Feeling pretty good.
DAY 2-✅- Was a bit difficult because of pain in my thighs and arms but felt nice.
DAY 3-✅- Felt pretty exhausting guess I finally realized how to engage the right areas.
Day 4- ✅- going great
Day 5 and 6- Ooof i skipped coz of school
(now gonna continue for 10 more days)
Day 7- ✅- Felt exhausting today
Day 8- ✅- felt good ( i'm already seeing some changes like my belly got *comparatively* flatter than it was before looking in the mirror felt satisfying)
Day 9-✅- Pretty good.
Day 10-✅- ALmost a part of my routine now. So doesnt hurt.
P.S- I won't be updating anymore. However, I'll update the results regularly.
Result -7 days- Lost an inch of my waist. 31-->30 . However, belly looks comparatively flatter. Didn't lose any weight tho.
I'll be maintaining a diet now so I hope it'll have more impact.
If you don’t mind me asking, how do you engage the right areas?
Is it right that you don't really feel a burn in the abs
@@karro1162 u will feel a burn on ur abs when u engage ur core..it should be done like...when we hold our breath our stomach will be pulled in ryt! The way ..keep ur abs like that .pulled in..and workout ...( Not by holding ur breath!!!)

@Michiko Shimada yes , for 2 months, I used oats instead of rice. I also added 8 mn plank challenges in my daily workout routine

I lost 10 kg within 3 months with a good diet & around 30 mins of exercise almost daily. I kinda skipped a day per week in between when i was too tired. But i tried to balance it some days with 5k steps whenever I Could. I did this exercise & plank,hip thrust,and crunches around 20-30 times . & her 10 min stretch in bed & 10 mins sitting hand exercise.

I did this 4-5 times / week (1x in the morning) for 2 months and my belly lost 3-4cm and the shape is so much better. Flatter, and i can see lines (?) on my stomach haha thank you emy!

Loved it!! The slow deliberate moves were PERFECT! Too many try to incorporate cardio and I think it really lessens the intensity of the muscle work

Day 1: exhausting as I do another 12min hiit workout before this video, do half this video only.
Day 2: same as day 1 but I manage to do 3/4 of this workout.
Day 3: yeahhhh, I manage to finish the whole video. I change another hiit workout btw. It is getting better and I can feel the burn.
Day 4: check check. Much much more easier!

Usually not a fan of standing abs workout. But Love this one. Feeling the burn. Can’t sustain for long workouts and everyday I just keep moving with these short workout videos with Emi. Mentally and physically boosted 💪🏼

I've been doing this video for 3 days + 2 videos of 20 minutes for arms and legs, I also changed my diet. My starting weight was 55kg now it varies between 54 and 54.5. I am 160 cm my goal is to be 49 kg. I will make updates if I lose weight again I will start a diet to reset my hormones.

@@ishmaelstylinson7929 I wrote a big paragraph and it got deleted... I'll try again! So I said I started working out at the end of February I weighed 58kg and did 30 minutes of hiit a day every day of the week and I started eating better but I wasn't losing anything. In the end I started intermittent fasting and that's when I lost 3 kilos of weight in 3 months... it took a bit long but it worked so I recommend it to you to reduce your calorie intake. I've installed an app for it and it's pretty motivating :) then I started exercising a bit more intensely for 1 hour a day and I've pretty much cut out all sweets etc. I've also stopped eating ready-made meals etc... After that, the advice I can give you is to gradually reduce your calorie intake. I don't know much about your background so I don't really know what to tell you, plus I'm not a pro but if you want to tell me more, add me on my insta "Myuyup" lol I created it yesterday. :)

Day 1 - I did it ,skipped the last exercise. But I can already see abs line bit.
Day 2 - I took break in few exercise bc i did thighs exercise yesterday but It was great.
Day 3 - not felt like doing exercise today but I did it.
Day 4 - I was soo energised did it till the end(I have to go to school but I am an early bird so no problem)
Day 5 - I did it till 19 exercise and i feel so good after exercising.
Day 6 - Full of sweats.Did it till the end , feeling better.
Day 7 - I did it till 2nd last exercise and i kept telling myself you are not tired you are super energise lol 😂.
Day 8 - Not felt like doing it but afterwards I did it 😂

It's been a while since I followed a work out. I feel that coming out of covid isolation I got too used to eating junk and sitting and resting. Doing this definitely made me feel more back into track and realise how out of touch I was with my fitness...I could barley lift my leg within 30 seconds in (but I followed through!) and my balance was wall over the place, spending a good fraction of the time stumbling around balancing doing sets :( I'll have to keep working on it! Thank you for posting this! :)
