20 minutes workout without weights but very effective
Literally after just 3 days I started seeing my legs slim down and become more toned! This workout is also pretty fun! and I'm definitely not a workout guru. Definitely recommend!!

Thank you Emi for this video and your effort. I have been doing this exercise several times and I start to realize that I have to follow your pace for achieving significant improvement. Be honest, it is a bit difficult, but improvement makes me happy and move forward.
Listen the first day I did this I was KO and the next day I couldn't properly sit because of the pain. But I'm on my 5th day now and the moves are getting easier. So don't give up. Judging by the pain and sweat I think it should do something. Planning to do this for a month so I'll update the results.
