    IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. CZcamsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching CZcams for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
    Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
    When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

    Officially starts next Monday but you can start NOW. How?
    The -5 day is basically 5 days before Monday, which is today! It's a pre release schedule so there's 5 extra days that you're seeing. So just follow it and don't worry.

    For anyone interested in I did her workouts six month straight every day and it came out fantastic. I feel super comfortable in my body now and I'm proud of myself I kept going. So don't give up after one week without results it takes time but it's worth it I swear. Good luck for everyone! You can do it I believe in you!!☀️

      @Ana Lopez ,, My boyfriend broke up with me in the month of April ( I guess) and I was so fat like a blob of slime trying not to leak my fat from side ( *-*) I used to cry a lot in the bathroom and I even got a fever due to intense crying and one day I noticed my mom working out and she asked me to join. We had a great time exercising . I started to do follow along workouts on CZcams and a few days later my best friend told me abt this channel and I’m sooo glad to have Chloe.     Ok so I’m 43 and just working out the tech side of this. Don’t laugh. Chloe this is absolutely from my heart. I have struggled with depression anxiety and not liking my body. That was before you…….. I was told by my BFF to do a workout with you on Mother’s Day this year. It was our Mother’s Day gift to each other. Sorry getting emotional as I type this. I have finished the hourglass then the summer shred and now intense core. I tell anyone and everyone to give you a go. Because what it has done for me on the inside I can never thank you enough.       Actually... They push themselves too hard and this makes their body sore the next day.
      When you are trying to make a change, you have to show consistency even if it's for 2 minutes at first.
      Basically Start slow but show up.

    For the most effective workout, don't do it every day, alternate your workout routine so that the body doesn't get so burned. Make a workout schedule like on monday - full body workout, tuesday - upper body workout, wednesday - lower body workout, and rotation. Give yourself a day to rest. Its effective when you do it properly. Just my little advice hehe 😉

    I'll be honest about myself. I didn't do it every day, but twice a week or once a week. the first 2-3 times were very difficult, I paused to catch my breath. then I slowly began to get used to and do the exercises well. I did not check how it affected my body, but I am proud of myself that I was able to get through fatigue and became much more resilient.

    I noticed that for me almost all the workouts were a lot easier to do after the second and first time. so if you started it and you feel like it’s too hard and that you can’t do it, you could still give it a try for a few more days and decide then. Good luck! You can do it 💗

    I started this challenge yesterday
    Starting weight- 51 kg
    I am gonna update you guys
    Day 1-✅
    I completed the workouts but man that plank challenge was hard. Also did the optional workout
    Day 2- ✅
    The plank workout felt easier to do idk why.Also did an extra 5 min abs workout
    Day 3-✅
    Today was easy but the plank workout is still not that easy I always take break during mountain climbers😭but its okay I will try my best.😤
    Also did the optional full body workout
    Day 4-✅
    I was tired but still pushed through😤
    Tomorrow is a rest day so I will be stretching tomorrow
    Day 5- rest day (yayyy)
    Day 6-✅
    The workouts felt easier and also good news I lost 1 inch around my waist 😭😭 I am so happy right now I could cry.This gave me motivation to continue doing the challenge

      I have my own appartment now but when I lived with my parents, I felt almost ashamed of myself doing sport (no one does sport in my family...), my parents were like "wtf why is there an earthquake, we live in the west of France, that's weird", they were making fun of me while I did my HIIT/workouts and I felt ridiculous. It is weird when you grow up in a family where no one does sport, you feel so uncomfortable, as if it was something you should be ashamed for/judged on. Am I the only one who used to feel like that?

    day 1: it was really tiring, on a few of the exercises i was behind or didn’t do them properly. i had to take around 1-2 minute breaks after each set and i was super sweaty.
    day 2: the first set was a lot easier for me, i took a few breaks in between some of the exercises in set 2, in set 3 i think i was slacking off a bit toward the end but i didn’t need longer breaks in between the sets.
    day 3: this was A LOT easier than the previous days. i didn’t start sweating until halfway through the second set and i didn’t have to take longer breaks in between the sets. i was able to complete each exercise properly.
    day 4: i completed all the exercises without taking any ad breaks, it was much easier for me and I was able to push myself to get through the harder ones. I definitely feel like there is a difference and I have stronger stamina and willpower. surprisingly, I didn’t need to drink water during or after the workout.
    day 5: i got tired and sweaty earlier on in the workout but my stamina is way stronger, i think this was because I slacked off for a few days. i completed the workout properly. i didn’t have to drink water during the workout.
    day 6: this workout was a bit of a struggle but still a really good sweat session. I’ve kinda been struggling a bit on exercises like flutter legs and bird & dog because my legs aren’t very flexible. i sweat a lot today, but it was good.
    day 7: it was a good sweat session, i’ve noticed that my stomach looks and feels flatter and my figure has started to become more hourglass looking. but the main thing is i feel like i have become stronger and improved my stamina.
    day 8: idk why but i got really puffed out during the first set, but i recovered quickly and finished. i also felt a bit of nausea during the last set, but i think it was because I had eaten lunch 30 minutes before.
    day 9: this workout was the best i’ve had so far! i was not as exhausted as i was in the previous days and had a small amount of sweat. i can confidently say there has been an improvement for my stamina and body.
    day 10: i got puffed out during the first set but recovered quickly, i got kinda thirsty in the second set but other than that it was pretty much a normal workout, i still sweat but wasn’t that puffed out at the end.
    day 11: it was a normal workout, i noticed that i’ve improved with flutters because i can lift my leg up higher and endure the burn. it was good, i got my heart rate up.
    day 12: i was kinda in a bad mood when i did this workout, strangely enough that i wasn’t even tired while doing it. i did sweat in this workout but when it comes to feeling tired or whatever, i didn’t feel any of it. i think my body’s started to get used to it.
    day 13: today was a normal workout similar to yesterday’s, just without the bad mood lol. i can do all the exercises, except for bird & dog for some reason. it’s hard for me to stay on balance bc my hands and feet keep slipping... i don’t really know why but i’m gonna try and do the exercise to the best i can.
    day 14: average workout, i can’t believe there’s only one more day to go. i didn’t get puffed out while doing the exercises except for flutter which i think is a pretty good improvement compared to the previous days.
    day 15: the last day!!! i got puffed out during the first set and recovered, after that i was pretty much able to complete the rest of the video fine. personally, i am very proud of myself for doing all 15 days because i only started seriously working a month ago and i don’t regret it.
    completed: 4th of feb 2021
    afterthoughts:
    this was the first chloe ting video i ever started and completed, i would recommend this to anyone, even beginners. the first few days are hard, they are the days where most people give up. if you can get through those days, the rest will be smooth sailing. the advice i have for others like me, who have trouble getting motivated is: in the end it’s only 15 minutes of your day. if you can spend 15 minutes on social media or watching tv, you can spend 15 minutes working out. sometimes you really don’t want to work out. i totally get that. but think about why you started in the first place. short term discomfort for long term results. however, it’s also okay to take rest days, only if you’re sick or going through something. i only worked out 3/4 times a week, just make sure you don’t go on a break for longer than 2 days at a time cuz then you’ll lose motivation. once you really start getting into it, you’ll discover that you actually start to sort of enjoy working out. it sounds crazy, but as someone who never worked out before this it’s true. i’d recommend keeping a track of your results everyday like me. it really helped motivate me and to see how much progress i’ve made. also, make sure to keep watch of your diet too; you don’t have to go on any fancy diets, just try and reduce the amount of junk you eat. as for my physical appearance, i definitely noticed that my figure has become more toned and hourglass looking. my stamina and endurance has definitely improved a lot which was the reason i started working out and i’m very glad. also to add, i did do additional exercise, not just the chloe ting video, but her videos should be enough if you need some help to get started. but yeah i am definitely going to continue working out, thank you chloe and i wish the rest of you luck on your workout journeys :) ~
    (btw i only recorded down the days that i worked out, which is why there’s a difference between the time it was posted and the amount of days in my comment)

    Day 1 : Completed the entire exercise except for 2-3 in the mid set. I'm a sweat mess but it somehow feels absolutely fine.
    Day 2: Completed. Tho my body was totally sore after yesterday's exercise I still did it and it makes me feel good.
    PS : I am also following a diet.
    Day 3 : finally I am done with the third day. The soreness from first and second day are totally gone and I feel quite confident.
    Day 4 : Done. I can see some changes in my body but the most important thing is I have become really confident.

    This ia my last day. N i am definitely seeing results.
    My height is 5feet.4 inches
    My weight was 65 kgs
    Now my weight is 62 kgs
    I am super happy because i was in that weight for like months. I lost like 3 kgs. Thats a very big deal for me. I was only doing the core challenge program. I didn't eat healthy at all .. bt i was maintaining my daily calories Intake. My legs and arms arr toned now.. i lost one size of my jeans and i am super duper happy.. thank you chloe thank you so much. Now i will do the 2020 2 weeks shred challenge.. n my goal is to be 58 kgs and more tonned legs and arm. Wish me luck guys ❤️

      @@kaylacrosdale6237 only for 15 days... only Core challenge gave me that result.. then i have done, hour glass challenge, 2019 summer shred challenge then again core challenge and then hour glass challenge ... Now i am 60 kg.. and not doing any workouts.. just 30 minutes walks and maintaining my daily calories that all

    Let's start my progress report from today:
    Day 1(28th Feb)- Extremely tired from doing the first set.....took a little more time to complete it.

    My Challenge Update:
    (I'm doing a mix of the get abs in 2 weeks, 10min side booty, full body work out, booty pump and burn arms and back workouts)
    I'm also eating healthily and drinking my required amount of water
    I will measure weekly and put daily observations :)
    Week 1-
    Weight: 65.5kg
    Measurements (cm)
    Upper abs: 74.5
    Lower stomach: 99
    Hips: 97
    Chest: 94
    Butt: 106
    Thigh: 54.5
    Arm: 33.5
    Day 1: I am DEAD. I had so many breaks its unbelievable. Im not sure if i’ll even be able to do it straight eventually. Super exhausted but excited to do this for the next month!!
    Day 2: I found it a bit easier, especially knowing what’s coming up. Still super tiring and I had to take breaks quite a bit. I’m feeling a bit more awake during the day though which is good for my studying!
    Day 3: It's actually gotten a bit easier doing the exercises I've been icing my muscles and knees with an ice pack so I think that helps my soreness as well. I think can see a bit of fat is reduced and my weight has reduced a little!! I'm thinking of putting what I've been eating on here too so let me know if you're interested in my new diet and eating times!!
    Day 4: I can see a significant difference in my stomach all of a sudden. Not all the fat has gone but it's reasonably flat. My love handles are still there but it's getting better. My arms still seem very similar in size but I'm hoping they get slimmer! I've been feeling a bit more exhausted today but I did sleep a bit later than usual. It was also really hot here in Melbourne today compared to the last few months (it's 29 degrees celsius) so that could've impacted me. Overall going well!
