    To everyone who thinks this workout is impossible: I did it already a few times, maybe 10 times in 3 weeks. And honestly, I had to cry the first times cause it was so hard and I was so frustrated. But I gave myself the rest I needed and kept trying and today, I finished the workout without a break or a tear. Please believe in yourself and just don’t stop trying. I may be nobody to you, but I know that you can do this if you continue to do your best. You will get it!

    I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for over a year now and some of them have become easy, almost like second nature.. this one however still makes me quake in my boots 😭

    When Chloe says you'll get stronger over time, better believe her. I came back to this workout after 2 years and I was able to do 90% of it on high impact 🎉 (the other 10% on low impact was because I was tired after the previous workouts 😅)

      Y you oh have no idea how encouraging it is to hear that. I just did it because I’m devoted to losing the weight and getting my glow up and was discouraged cause I couldn’t finish this video. To know that that’s ok and if I keep going one day I will is super comforting and motivating to hear!

      Uhm.. I mean I'm no fitness pro either but I heard that if you rely too much on your arms and feet for holding you up that your core isn't really engaged... So maybe try to not lean on your arms and feet as much? Idk man I hope this helps or Smth haha

      When you’re planking, gravity is actively “pulling” your stomach, so the muscles are engaged the whole time, even if you might not feel it. I promise your abs are working. Your arms are maybe weaker than your stomach, which is why you feel it more in your arms. Keep going I believe in you

    On the floor crying and sweating because the one person I really confided in about my weight just joked about me working out I thought she out of all people would never say what she said. I’m sitting here mad and sad. But I’m gonna continue for myself and prove all the that ever joked about my weight wrong. I’m gonna loose this weight and feel better about my self. I’ve been struggling for about 3 years now with my weight. I recently moved in with my aunt. I’ve been at this for 4 days so far. I was taking a breather when she walked in and just says “what you doing stretching” I say “no, just catching my breath” I had already been working out for at least 20 minutes, she walks down the hallway and say to her daughter “all those snacks you eat might as well just stay fat” although I know she was talking about me. I feel so terrible right now. I hope it will get better I truly do. I don’t want spend the rest of my life wishing I could get back the nice body I used to have. I even told her about incidents at my school about my weight, and she still had the audacity to say that. I think she getting a bit to full of herself because she lost a lot of weight, but I don’t know. I never put her down I’ve been so happy for her about her own weight journey. But who knows maybe I should just take a “joke” every once in a while. I’m gonna do this for a better life and a better me. And good luck to all you that are working out, I hope you all see the results you want.

      I'm sorry you've had to deal with those negative comments 😔 But just know you'll make it through this. You're in it for yourself and your progress, and that automatically gives you a bit of an edge. You'll have rough days sometimes, but know this community is here suffering with you 😅 Just remember you're already beautiful and anything after this point is additional strength and willpower.       I’d be mad too, here you are working hard, doing something good for your health and then people just go and discourage you. But always remember, this is your body, this is YOUR choice, you’re the only one who can change it. No matter how many rocks are thrown at you, nobody can change that. Love yourself, be proud of yourself, focus on mental health as well and DONT GIVE UP! I believe in you 💜

    I just finished the 20th day of the 3 week 2020 get fit challenge! (yes, I went back in time for this challenge, since it helped what I wanted.) Tomorrow will be my last day and I'm so proud of myself and everyone doing this killer challenge 💖 Y'all are awesome and you can do it!

      ahaha I just posted my 15 day core challenge result video, but in all honesty, anytime I felt weak or discouraged about how out of shape I was to begin with, I'd just come to these comment sections to remind myself that we're all in this together! definitely helped! lol

      @@leahcummings1808 my mom and I eventually had to cut out this specific plank video in the 15 day challenge because we both have preexisting wrist issues, but we just replaced this video with a daily walk and continued to do all the other videos in the challenge and still saw great results after 15 days. we both felt stronger, and I ended up losing 5 pounds and inches came off my body...oh and we only did the low impact versions of exercises. do what you can, take care of your body, anythings better than nothing. just stick with it and you'll see results

      Im trying my best to complete all the planking but I had dislocated elbow and broken(literally splits into 2, not just crack) left ulnar or the major bone in left arm and every time I push harder it gives me discomfort. Like the other day I got bruised on my elbow.. so it old myself nah I'm not pushing hard now in terms of my leftarm.. I don't want to get into another injury..

    At first I didn’t really like Chloe (although I appreciate her website, a lot of works) but I have to say that I’ve started to be addicted of hearing her voice and seeing her every day. Thank you Chloe for helping not only me but also my sister and a lot of people to improve our health day by day.
    What I’ve loved the most by practicing with Chloe is not only seeing myself look better but feeling that I’m getting stronger and stronger. The moutain that 2 years ago I felt half to death when I walked up now just like my finger nail, not even make me sweat like 10 minutes doing plank challenge.

      hai! Im not an expert but I've done some of her plank workout in the past few months. if u guys keep on doing this, later your arm will get stronger, once it happened, all the burn u feel will go to your abs, as it should!

    please like so I don't forget to do this and update!!
    day 1: took quite a lot of breaks, abs were okay but my arms are literally dead...also did this without shoes bc I'm waiting for them to arrive
    day 2: it was a bit easier already, had to stretch out my arms a few times but only took one real break in the middle
    day 3: even easier than day 2, still hard on the arms though. But when doing the older ab workout today I could do it more easily and focus on my abs more than before!! didn't really need to take a longer break and this morning I already felt a tiny bit slimmer than before.
    day 4: the new workout today really got me sweating, had to take two short breaks during the plank challenge. my up & down jacks are improving with every day though, so that's nice. I did about an hour of roller skating this morning, no intense speed or stuff like that but I did sweat so I'd consider it some extra cardio and worth mentioning here.
    day 5: (swapped days 5&6 bc I'm out of town all day tomorrow) I feel like my form is getting better day by day, esp. for the hiit workout. the lower abs one was quite intense. the biggest problem for the plank challenge are still my arms
    day 6: rest day (went on a 20 minute walk)
    day 7: basically half-way-mark!! I'll post some results I've made so far during rest day tomorrow. The full body workout was a lot easier than last time, but my arms still die during the plank challenge. I'm also skipping the leg workout today because I want to go on a run tomorrow, if I don't I'll do the workout instead.
    day 8: rest day, results so far: I’ve lost about a pound, wasn’t expecting much to begin with bc I was only the tiniest bit chubby and the program is designed to build a lot of deep muscle. I’ve lost 2cm off both my waist and my lower belly and 1cm off my thighs!!
    (completely low energy and not feeling well, taking two extra rest days)
    day 9: only did the plank challenge today, it was so much easier than the first week! it's still hard of course, but my form has improved a lot and I don't need to stretch out my arms as much

      Y'all should breathe during the exercise it is the "key" cause when you inhale oxygen your musclr will get the oxygen and will engage and do its work in your body if you dont breathe it that may lead to not getting the result you want that's why some people don't get the result right and blame chloe🙁 btw good luck practice makes perfect❤️

    Day 1: Done. Took too many breaks. Sat there and almost cried. 👍
    Day 2: Done. I think I did a lot better, just haven't been used to cardio exercise in awhile.
    Day 3: Done. I have problems sucking in for some reason, and I workout at 2-4 PM when I am already bloated, so my core never hurts. (When should I work out so I feel the most progress)?

      It really gets better with time so stick with it! I survived the 14 day challenge and 28 day summer shred. At the start I was the same, but it got better! You'll start feeling a difference at about the 5 day mark so keep it up!

      @@cupofkoji some exercises do require a certain level of strength in your arms , shoulders and legs ( I'm no fitness expert , i be just noticed this whole working out on my own lol ) but Ig it's either your arms aren't strong enough or maybe you're not doing the workouts with proper form 🤔🤔

    I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and this was one of the first exercise tutorials I followed I could barely do any of them. I had to make low impact alternatives for her low impact alternatives. I’ve just tried it today after some time and I can almost do it in full! No low impact. I couldn’t do the very last jumping jacks. Still so proud I’ve come so far. I love this video it’s helping my upper body, core and whole body become so strong. Thank you Chloe

    At the end, as I lied down on my fitness mat thinking how bad I did, how much I messed up, Chloe said "Don't feel defeated if you struggle with some exercices, you'll get stronger overtime". She's really sweet and supportive, her words really made me smile 🧡 I'm at day 5 of the 2 Weeks Shred Challenge, I'm glad I did the workout all the way although I really felt discouraged before doing it. I pushed myself and did it !

    Today is the last day of the Hourglass Challenge. I felt like I was going to die during my last day's workout. Even though it's only 11 minutes, it's very tiring. I'm really proud of myself for finishing this amazing challenge. I felt a clear improvement in my body, my waist became smaller, back fat was clearly reduced and my body became more defined. Very nice, and I feel so much stronger. It's an absolutely amazing challenge🤗🤗😤

    *2020 2 Weeks Shred Challenge!!*
    *Day 5. 25-11-2023:* ✅
    I tried doing this 3 years ago & got abrasions on both my elbows. I've definitely gotten stronger now but doing this after 3 videos was a challenge! I took breaks & did some low impact ones & still it was a challenge.

    It's been more than one year of working out with Chloe for me and today I did this video for the 19th time in total. I took breaks after at least every super set and did all low impacts when I started and today I needed no low impact and only took one break half way. Guys, I didn't believe it either, but we do get better and it's better than you think.
