      My family makes fun of me when I work out because they think I'm trying to lose weight (I'm naturally very skinny and somehow that's amusing to them), while I'm actually trying to build muscle and get stronger. It's so demotivating :(

    Broke up right before the lockdown, graduated but no job offer, packed and moved, quarantine by myself...
    Completed 3 challenges in 3 months since this April (Summer shred 2019, hourglass program v1, and 2-week shred)
    I was literally crying over an ex and doing your workout at the same time! (Heartache, headache, muscle ache , @#$%)
    Lost 12lbs in total
    Waist: 66cm -> 62cm
    Lower belly: 78cm -> 73cm
    Thigh: 50cm -> 49cm
    Do her workout guys and transform yourself! So people will be in awe when they wake up from this Corona effect!
    Now I'm jumping to this challenge because I'm addited to Chloe Ting XD

    Tips that help me:
    Do it early-when you do it early it forces your body to still be confortable because you just woke up.
    Use a good workout for you-I recommend the Chloe Ting two week shred because she offers a free workout program with alternatives to hard exercises.
    Go slowly-its very important to go at your own pace if you go to fast you will be too tired to finish the workout, but go fast enough that it feels like a workout.
    Have fun- While you are working out think of the benefits this will have on your body and what this will do for you, this will make you be more motivated to go through the whole thing everyday.
    Remember you are beautiful- everyone is beautiful just the way you are don't feel like you have to workout just to be pretty!!

    I tried the 2 week challenge and for the first week I found that I would start with all the workout videos but I wouldn't completely finish them. But remeber that progress takes time and if you can't do it all at once, try doing two videos from he schedule per day. I did that and it really worked; the results are amazing. You can do this, just take it slow. I believe in you ❤

      @@nicoleann4487 i know you didn't ask me but personally i only needed to 'find motivation' in the 1st week, after that it became routine :) make sure to choose workouts that you enjoy doing + that make you feel the burn! make it a fun experience so that you don't dread it, make a nice playlist or invite others to exercise w you

    I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 months (I keep switching them up) and my results considering my metabolism and all are pretty cool!! they aren’t the quick and insane drastic results people seem to be getting but my whole body feels much more muscular, stronger and agile.     To anyone who hasn't tried her workouts, give it a go. Remember drinking enough water and proper nutrition is important. And it is okay to have some treat once in a while, but moderation is the key.
    If you feel like you can't do it anymore, DON'T give up! Just take a break and continue. It's okay! You're better than the version of yourself that used to lead an unhealthy lifestyle.
    If you don't get the results you want, never be discouraged. It will work but it might take longer or shorter depending on you. Don't focus much on your weight, focus how you feel and how much stronger you now are.

      also remember that not evryone doing these workouts are trying to lose weight!! I'm trying to gain weight! and if you are trying to lose weight don't focus on the numbers focus on how you want to look and feel as muscle weighs more then fat you might not see the weight going down

    This was my first day. This really kicked my ass I couldn’t even do it all. But I’m staying motivated because I know I will see results. I was 209 on 6/10/20. My current weight is 204lbs. My goal weight is 140.
    Update I’m 162lb as of 12/22.

      you can do it girl! just keep going! also don't focus on your weight too much, its a good frame to keep you on track but muscle wirghs more then fat so you might look really good but still b be over your limit. if I were you I would get a t shirt or nice dress that is to small and aim to fit into it because its a bit of motivation

    Day 1: My legs were shivering so I had to stop for a few times.
    Day 2: It's a little easier today! My legs were still shivering a little but I can say that these exercises are helping my body.
    Day 3: It's easier today, my legs weren't shivering that much. I still had to stop for a couple of seconds sometimes after a few exercises tho. I'm not seeing that much results yet but my mom noticed yesterday that my butt looked bigger lol idk if it was just the angle or what.
    Day 4: My legs looked so much better today! It's a little thicker than usual and that's what I'm here for because I'm so skinny. The exercises were so much easier today I didn't even have to stop! Also there was barely any shivering!!
    Day 5: It was soooo easy except for the side lunges, I think something's not right idk if it's all in my head especially that I have really really long legs. No more shivering this time!
    Day 6: Yay I'm still doing it! It has become really easy although I tend to lose my balance sometimes. My waist it getting a little smaller too!
    Day 7: Lol I'm shock I've made it this far. My legs are really improving omg I'm so happy I decided to do this
    Day 8: I'm starting to see real changes here! I look better in shorts now omg. It's so much easier today and I'm starting to consider buying a resistance band
    Day 9: Yep I did it today! It's pretty much like yesterday :)

    Okay guys I did it! I don't know if I already finished it, I couldn't update this cuz my phone broke and I lost track lol I'm still doing it and will still do it for another week ig and I've seen changes oh my god my legs although they're still kinda skinny, looks good now! They look more toned and as for my butt they definitely look bigger that my sister has noticed it too.
    I'm satisfied with the results and I'm thinking of doing her ab exercises too! I'M SO EXCITED OMG ILY CHLOE

      highly recommend a resistance band that's a blend of fabric and rubber (like b_nd)! they don't hurt your bare legs or ride up at all

      @@eshikarya Building muscle without losing fat would probably make it look bigger as you are only adding volume and not taking it away but you also will likely not gain much muscle from doing this one workout repeatedly, and might not even notice a visual difference if you already have a lot of fat. If you are trying to lose fat, you will likely lose fat faster than you gain the muscle so you'll notice an overall decrease in size. But don't take any of this as a reason to not do it!! Muscle and being strong is good :)

    Yesterday i completely 2 week shred 2019 and today I started 2 week shred 2020.

    I'm going to track how I feel rather than losing weight or inches :)
    ✅ Day 1: Took a lot of breaks and did lots of the low impact excersises, which I don't normally do, also my shoulders were DYINGGGG
    ✅ Day 2: (oops I forgot to do it yesterday) The core workout was the hardest and I did most of the low impacts but I was able to do the side plank bicycles and the up and down plank jacks somehow?
    ✅ Day 3: Did a few less low impacts and I think i'm getting stronger. Have visible abs but I did do the 2 week shred before this so....
    ✅ Day 4: Felt like a really long time, but I got through it
    ✅ Day 5: Rest day! Did a bike and a walk
    ✅ Day 6: Didn't do it today, but I did do 2 bike rides. the next day: Ok I did it today! felt a bit easier.
    ✅ Day 7: Did only 2 of the workouts today because I have sprints practice today
    ✅ Day 8: Rest (took 2 days off but was active in between)
    ✅ Day 9: It was okay
    ✅ Day 10: Its easier to do it and I am doing wayyy less low impact exercises
    ✅ Day 11: Well... Ummm... I didn't do it for 3 days...... oopsies. But when I did do it I switched a few workouts around
    ✅ Day 12: Switched the rest day around so i'll rest tommorow. I didn't do the leg workout because I have sprinting practice today
    ✅ Day 13: REST!!!! I have noticed that abs are a little bit more visible!
    ✅ Day 14: Doneeeee!!!! Did 2 workouts and I have sprints later today
    ✅ Day 15: YESSS I FINISHED!!!!
    I've definitely become stronger and the workouts have become easier. I can see a tiny outline of abs and im going to continue to do chloes workouts and her new program next week!

    This is my day 1 of the two week challenge and after 7 years of inactivity and 4 knee surgeries I’m so happy I found Chloe.
