    I weigh 96 kg (211 lbs) and I'm on day 18 of the Four Weeks Summer Shred Challenge. I managed to do this (obviously, all low-impact versions) without pausing the video, and now I'm drowning in my own sweat, but man, I feel so good. To everyone reading this, keep going. You can do this.

    Hi everyone one I am 13 and used to weigh 60 kg and after dedication now I am 50 kg , losing weight didn't just improve my confidence but helped me focus more better on my studies

    Just want to share that I have been doing Chloe's programs for 6 months now and I have seen unbelievable changes with my body. I have lost 15kg and my waist is down from 73cm to 64cm. So whoever is doing these programs, hang in there and you will see the difference!

      Update: two weeks with rest days into the 28days summer shred. I feel changes, i feel stronger and some areas are tighter. I will add that my diet is shit. I dont really eat unhealthy, but it could be better and consistent. I also feel much better mentally doing these workouts. But im gonna be honest, this video is all about the cardio.. i wasnt prepared 😂😂😭
      Like rn. My ass took a break from this workout and leaving this comment as we speak.
      Update: i advice to do this exercise on a empty stomach. Well drinking and a banana is okay i guess. Even after eating two hours ago doesnt help. Nauseous af. But i completed it.. ish.

      im on my last week of the 4 week summer shred and i can already see my stomach getting more defined! my 3 pack of stomach rolls are still there but i can see my 11 shape abs underneath it (it looks pretty toned after i workout right before dinner... after dinner my pooch comes back haha). i try to avoid carbs but still eat sweets every now and then...

    hi just wanna quickly say that chloe's programs have literally saved my life in quarantine lol. I started doing them basically every day since April 17th and its been a little over two months now, I've lost like 27 pounds (12.5kg) now wooo! I mean obviously this was paired with eating healthier and caloric deficit & I do some intermittent fasting but I just feel myself gaining muscles and getting stronger, not just losing weight through a diet. When I first started I'd do a HIIT/cardio workout and MAYBE an abs workout every day, and I could feel myself getting tired/not wanting to do anything anymore. BUUUT I stuck through the phase where I just lowkey didn't want to continue working out and now I love doing them I look forward to them lol, now I do like more than one hour worth of her programs and I def feel stronger doing them!
    So in conclusion: if you're thinking of making a change to yourself and wondering if you should start doing chloe's programs: DO IT!!! If you just started/are in the middle and feel like giving up, try to stick to it! Believe in yourself and push through, I did and now I feel so much stronger/healthier :)

    Thanks to Chloe, now I can hold a plank for 30 seconds without a break. For the last 3 months I have been doing her excercises and I have made such progress! I am feeling awesome and proud of myself.
    Believe me, if, you start now and stay consistent, YOU ARE ABLE to do it. You only have to decide TODAY to make your body move.

    Im 16 y/o ... 158cm
    At first it took me around 40 days to finish it 😅
    Now for my results:
    BEFORE : After:
    r arm : 27->26cm
    L arm : 28->27cm
    Bust : 97 ->94cm
    High waist: 78->78cm
    M waist: 88->80cm
    Low waist : 98->93cm
    Hip : 105->103cm
    L leg : 60->58cm
    R leg 59->58cm
    The most regular question is , did you follow a diet?
    In the first two weeks I tried to eat healthy but I couldn’t, after that i eat 90% healthy

    I’ve been working for 1 full week now, doing this exercise and a 10 minute lower ab exercise, when I tell you I could actually do the exercises longer and better, I am not lying one bit! My stamina has increased, I haven’t been loosing weight but my belly fat is decreasing, it’s odd but I’m not complaining! I can hold the plank at the end of the exercise for longer now and it’s not a struggle like before, I’m so great full, and thank you Chloe for helping me with stamina increase. Not only have I been doing a full 30 minute workout, but I’ve also been dancing afterwards. I’m buying a new dress for my birthday in 4 months so I can fit in it, it’s a fitted dress. I want to feel comfortable in it, even if I loose just 10 pounds, I’ll be very happy! My ultimate goal is to loose 50 pounds in the 4 months, but even if it takes me a year or 6 months, I’ll still be proud. My goal for the 4 months is 30 pounds at most, the maximum amount of weight I need to loose is 60 pounds but the minimum I want to loose is at least 15 pounds, if you haven’t been loosing pounds/fat, you most definitely have better stamina. Not only has this exercise help me with fat loss, but it has also helped me build my stamina, and muscle strength. Again, thank you Chloe!

    i did this for 2 days straight and im gonna keep updating every day:
    day 1: had to take many breaks and the plank was really hard to do.
    day 2: felt easier, after the workout i felt really good, and i lost almost a kilo! i have a really strict calorie deficit so im really proud of myself! gonna do it again tomorrow.

    I've been doing Chloe Ting workouts for about two months. Never... not once... have I ever wanted to or stuck with exercising this long. I have ALWAYS been lazy and overweight. But she has helped SO much. Like during this video I was dancing and even after the video I was STILL dancing. Like WTF that's crazy to me! I should have been regretting that workout. And no I wasn't dancing to nothing 😂 I play music in the background or watch anime while doing the exercises.

    I won't lie, I was fearing this due to it's title. BUT...it defo wasn't as difficult as completing the full body burn on Day 1 of the summer shred after months of inactivity. Just feels like a standard burn video with 5 mins added. With an increased fitness, you've got this!

    I'm finishing up Day 15 of the Summer Shred and I checked the scales for the first time this morning....to be clear I did the 2 week shred as well as the Summer Shred for the first 14 days...but...I'm down 7 lbs. I--
    I mean I skipped all the optional videos (except warm up and cool down, I do those every day) and did all low impact and spent 45 mins finishing a 15 minute video but IT WORKS Y'ALL

      @@avery2312 don't give up!! I didn't see much change for the first 10 days or so but at the end of week 2 I could tell some little changes! i am SO much stronger too! I took some extra rest days so I will be finishing the Summer Shred tomorrow (also already started the 15 day core challenge, only a few days of overlap) and I really regret not taking measurements because I look WAY different in my stomach, legs, and arms...and I am a short and stout lady who started with an overweight BMI. You can do it, just keep working! Results will come even if you take the longer, low impact road :)

    I’ll be leaving my progress here:
    -Day 1
    It’s the third week of the 4 weeks shred program, and i’ve been exercising this quarentine so I have some experience but this was hard. I had to do a lot of the low versions and i’’m sweating extremely, my matt gets so slippery that it’s hard to do some excercises. But hey! I made it until the end!
    Day 2
    Since I had exams last week i couldn’t exercise but i’m back! I did day 15 again, and even though the abs video was easier than ever and i could do all the exercises without resting (first time) this one was a lot harder, i was not feeling okay when i started the last set and i had to stop. But i won’t push myself to hard because i spent a week without exercising... I’ll get stronger! Week 3 here we go!

    Day 15, I saw the length of this workout and almost decided to not do it but I'm so glad I did, for everyone else out there who is unsure, just know that you got this!!       @@dirys24 in order to get abs you have to burn the lauer of fat over them with cardio, so like burpees, running, and the first set chloe did. Ab exercises will strengthen you core/ab muscles but won't give you definition unless you burn the layer of fat on you stomach that covers your abs. Some people get abs right away because they might really skinny from their genes and might not have a layer of fat over their ab muscles, they might just not have definition so, they do things like crunchs to get definition. I know its really confusing haha. Let me know if you have anymore questions :)

    I feel so much stronger doing these workouts and I can finally do the plank toe touch! I couldn't reach my toes... I probably have really bad coordination. But for anyone who is doing this, KEEP GOING! It's so worth it. You can feel your strength increasing as the days go by.

    For my brothers and sisters who dread exercising (and considerably terrible at it like myself) and still wanna do this workout because you fear for your own unfit bods, I highly recommend you slowly warm up for 2-week period be it regular low intensity workout, swimming, jogging... I did just that, and I was able to do this whole work out, in high-impact (with slighty longer rests) in one go. And I feel fine. And I didn't hate doing it. I'm soo happy. Thank you so much Chloe!       Umm actually I'm worried if I do ab workout before burning fat I will gain muscles .. but I've seen people do ab workouts and their fat decreased

    I'd just like to say that I am so proud of myself!! In June-July 2020 I tried to start doing Chloe Ting because I saw how improved everyone's bodies got. I only got through half of the program and the I would stop for whatever reason. I tried again in the fall of 2020 and did the same thing. I finally decided to do the 2 week shred program in March 2021 and made it through but then my 3rd quarter of school was ending and I took 2/3 week before starting a new challenge.
    Now I am on day 15 of the Summer Shred 2020. I did both ab videos and felt like I couldn't do this 21 minute workout. Instead I went in listening to my playlist and when I felt like stopping instead of looking at the timer I closed my eyes and went with the music. I did almost none of the low impact versions unless I felt like I needed a breath and I forced myself not to take any breaks unless it was the ones provided.
    I stopped about 5-3 seconds early on maybe half of the workouts but I felt like it went by fast and I kept my breath up. I feel stronger even though I don't see any physical progress yet. I absolutely was dreading this when reading the comments before hand but I 100% appreciate Chloe putting this in because it made me realize how much harder I can be going on the workout and how much I can push myself 😁🥰

    You’ve changed the way I saw the whole “fitness” community. I’ve always seen it as a kind of excuse to earn dollars and dollars through click bait and stuff.
    You’ve motivated me to live a better life, even in quarantine!
