  • Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today I have another short, but effective workout for you. It's only 5 minutes and we're going to be working on getting rid of that stubborn back of arm fat. You don't need any equipment so you can do it anywhere, but if you have 1-2 pound wristweights you can add those. Repeat this workout every or every second day for best results.
    Do not use these videos if you have any preconditions that prohibit you from working out. Please follow your doctors guidelines before using this workout video.

    Straight arm pulse 30 seconds
    Tricep extensions 30 seconds
    Straight arm hand claps 30 seconds
    Arm circles 30 seconds
    Inward tricep extensions 30 seconds
    Arm forward press 30 seconds
    Alternate tricep extensions 30 seconds
    Straight arm pulse 30 seconds
    Straight arm hand claps 30 seconds
