this is a 10 Min arm workout which you can do with or without weights. This goes well with a cardio workout or even one of my butt workouts ;)

@@marilenavenice4356 Hi! This routine will not bulk up your arms since it doesn't involve heavy weights, so don't worry about it!
But if you feel like you're growing too much muscle, you can go for Kelly's full body workout. That way you will train your entire body without focusing too much in a single group of muscles, you may notice slower results (remember that nutrition and many other factors are important too) but consistence is the key 😊

About the weights, since everyone has a different concept of bulk I would recommend you to do what feels the better for you. Increasing weight will make you stronger and may develope bigger muscles (it also depends on you body type and what you considere "too bulky"), but if you already feel satisfatied with your current look on the weight you're already working on, there is no need to increase, just to maintain. It all depends on your fitness goals and how you feel on you image 😊
This is such a great workout. I love how it is so quick but after my arms are sore. It feels effective and helps me to keep toned during the pandemic. Thank you so much for making these awesome workout videos Kelly!

Oh babe!! This is intense.. I’d outgrown all the arm workouts and nothing burned me, all the while i thoughts Thts all it was until I tried this.. I couldn’t finish 10 mins without breaks. This seems like the perfect workout for me.

It depends on your body type but most woman yes it will slim them down and tone them without adding bulk
