Hey guys, today we're doing a 10 minute leg and butt workout consisting of some of my favorite exercises. No equipment is needed to do this workout, but you can use a resistance band for an extra burn. Let me know how it goes!

Please do not take me wrong, but the whole point in excercising during foot injury is to not put so much weight on the hurt feet, and here (warm up, plank) you need to put a grain on the feet, so I do not find it proper during injury.

I love these workouts! although I wish I knew which weights they are using so I can have a baseline to know what is a good place to challenge myself/what I'm able to do while maintaining form...maybe 7 or 8 pounds I'm guessing?
