  • Hey guys! This week we're doing an ab burner workout. It's only 5 minutes long and all you need is a pilates ball. If you don't have one, you can do this workout without and it will still give you a good burn.
    Do not use these videos if you have any preconditions that prohibit you from working out. Please follow your doctors guidelines before using this workout video.

    That was a burner thank you very much! I only have a full size ball but found the exercises work great on a larger ball as well!

    Hi there. Just discovering you asyou popped up on my feed. This looks great! I don't have a pulates ball but would a couple of cushions or rolled towel suffice to get the lift off the floor?
