- Hey guys! This week we're doing an ab burner workout. It's only 5 minutes long and all you need is a pilates ball. If you don't have one, you can do this workout without and it will still give you a good burn.

Hi there. Just discovering you asyou popped up on my feed. This looks great! I don't have a pulates ball but would a couple of cushions or rolled towel suffice to get the lift off the floor?
