Idk my neck was beginning to strain even though I did made sure not to move it too much and focused on using my abs

Amo tus videos, me motivan a continuar hacinedo ejercicios, te queria dar uns sugerencia, ya que no se cual de tus videos hacer, con cual continuar despues de haber hecho uno.
Por eso se me ocurrio pedirte que consideres el crear un programa de ejercicios (algo asi como un calendario de 1 o 2 semanas, o retos challenges, para asi poder ver que video me toca cada dia y saber qe ejercito todo mi cuerpo. Espero que lo tengas en cuenta😊😊😊
