  • Kelly Gale's 15 Min arm & shoulder workout.
    Hi guys, I’m going to show you a home arm and shoulder workout, I usually use 1 to 2 (half to 1 kilogram) pound weights but if you don’t have any weights at home then there are a lot of things around the house you can use instead like these peeled tomato cans. This is three sets but you can also do 4 if you prefer that.

    Kelly's tips:
    For the reach out left & right + the alternate reach outs: Reach from and engage your core. The movement should mainly come from your core.

    That wasn’t easy but I love that you do such a good combination of exercises that you don’t get too tired and also it’s only focus on the muscle it’s supposed to be and it doesn’t tiring other muscles .Keep up the good work, love it 😍❤️

    Damn i had to drop from 3lb dumbbells to 1.5 ones in the 3rd round. Def harder than it looked but now my arms feel awesome. I was still recovering from the ab workout 🤪. Thanks for the upload. Also the music helped to power me through this one👌

    I did this with 2kg dumbells and did it burn!!!! had to switch to 1kg on the last set. this killed! thanks for the awesome workout kelly!! :) hope this will help put some muscle on my noodle arms

    This was amazing! Haven't been training anything last year and I made it through the entire workout. This didn't make me feel discouraged like many other workout videos. It wa simple enough but also a muscle burner ❤️🎉

    Ouu wau! Really nice set..I liked that it was so short, but you can feel it! Doing now every day for the next 20 days. I like that you are making most of the exercises for arms and not for shoulders. Would love to see more this kind of easy short "programs" Will combine these into my everyday life (e.g. making during Zoom meeting..without camera of course:D, etc.). Looking forward something more for
    triceps ;)

      @@flowerchild3674 Hi, yes I actually have! Have been mixing this and other 5-10min arms workouts and my results are super good . Unfortunately I needed to make reset to my phone and lost before pics but I can see a difference and even my friends are commenting that I have trained arms and they see big difference

    do you workout each day a diffrent muscle group for example one day leg day, than the other upper body etc. or do you prefer full body workouts?

      Personally I prefer doing a combination. So a full body workout everyday but with more focus on specific muscle groups certain days. :)

    No recomiendo mucho ese ejercicio para principiantes y en general. Aun que son buenos ejercicios pueden lastimar ligamentos del hombro despues de varias repeticiones. Algunos ejercicios funcionarían mejor haciendolos lentos cuando se trabaja con poco peso como "Tricep extension". Aun así es divertido pasar por aqui. ;)
