Challenge accepted! Day 1 and 2 pretty difficult but I didn't give up. I did day 3 now ... I have sore muscles it's not that bad but still 😭 Day 4 - I am not sore anymore and the exercises are a little easier to do now, my ab is flat, seems to work well 😇 Day 5 - Things are going well! I got used to the exercises Day 6 - I have finished the workout, I am surprised how easy I can make them compared to the day 1 😂. My ab crack seems to shape a little bit, just a little bit, I like that Day 7 - Finally, I am happy I finished it! I am surprised how effective it is, really cool workout! I definitely recommend this to everyone. My stomach is definitely flat, with a little ab crack that tried to show up, haha. I'll definitely keep doing this workout, it's 5 minutes and works so well. I even ate bread and pasta, and I am still flat! Kelly, you're awesome ❤️

Starting to do this everyday! Day 1: It's tough and I'm out of breath, super sore but it's great Day 2: Did it twice in a row, out of breath but I'm happy I've finished it.
Day 1 ✅: This is tougher than it looks, especially if you go harder since it's only 5 minutes. I also did this immediately after my regular workout so I got pretty tired so I would recommend doing it maybe separate if you have longer workout sessions or at least before you work out :) I could feel my abs BURN throughout the video! Felt great
Day 3 ✅: It felt a bit easier but the crunch kicks, damn they make me feel so slow and tired. I think it was a good idea taking that day off since I definitely felt my abs now!
Day 4 ✅: Did this in the morning after a light breakfast. My abs are burning 😭😭 when doing the side taps, the more you turn your knees to the side, the more it buuurns 🔥 love this workout!

It could be because your heart is struggling to pump the blood to your head because it's raised - try doing some cardio work too and keep drinking water throughout your workout. I never used to drink water during my workout, and it's made such a difference! I feel more energised now instead of exhausted when I finish. Hope this helps a bit :) xx
Hi, I just found your channel and love your workouts. Right now, I am trying to not work my legs at all as they seem to be getting thicker no matter what I do. I want to work my abs though and every routine I have found incorporates leg work as part of it. Do you have any routines or suggestions that work just the abs and not the legs? I loved this one, but my legs were more sore than my abs when I was done. Thanks!!
Okay so here's the thing; We all are stronger in a side more than on the other. Usually right hand is stronger than left, left leg stronger than right etc. When we workout our abs, we use the *right part* of our body to work the *left-side abs* , and the *left side* to work our *right-side abs* . So basically your body is stronger on the right, which makes you workout harder your left side abs and that's why they look more defined on the left than on the right. Hope this helps. Don't worry though. The moment your body will strengthen enough, it'll be equally noticable to both sides
@@soysaucetina Find the side that isn't as strong compared to the other. Breathing also is key when exercising. Learn to exhale and inhale the right times, it'll make the workout 5 times harder. And when there're "left" and "right" exercises, start with the side that is weaker so you'll hardcore burn the muscles before you get tired. Also stretch. All of these are important and stretching even though feels blah and boring, is one of the most effective ways to make the muscles long lasting
