hey does anyone know how to do the inner thigh up and other thigh exercises to focus on the core, because when I do it, it doesn't seem to be working my core because I must be doing it wrong

do you ever do any cardio?
of course she does! cardio is actually so important if you want your abs to pop through. everyone basically has abs but if your body fat percentage is a bit higher they won’t show. for many women in order to still get the period and hormone levels right it’s healthier to have a higher percentage of body fat. but everyone is different. good luck on your journey and always listen to your body💕
