  • Hey guys, this week we're doing a short, but effective ab workout. It's only 5 minutes and you don't need any equipment, so no excuses. Let me know in the comments how it goes!

    Hey Kelly! what would be an ideal home workout schedule for a lean and toned body? Like how many times per week should you workout? And how long should each session be? And should it be hiit or strenght?

    day 7: i had to skip it
    day 8: done

    i ended this workout and also posted a 30 day transformation on my channel, it helps me for sure but it was getting a boring so i am switching to some other workout now.
