I feel so torn between Lilly and Chloe. My personal workout is a mix between the two. I love that Lilly gets right to it, while Chloe has you getting up and down. I feel like a lot of her ab routines don't really target my abs with all her exercises. This routine is prefect. I also love Lilly's music and that she's always smiling.

I did. this workout for 2 weeks, no diet I just stopped snacking. I saw small results after 5days and by the end of the 2weeks I definitely saw the changes I didn’t quite have abs after the two weeks but I could definitely see some amazing changes.
