- Hey, guys! I've prepared a 4-week ab challenge for you. This 5 minute workout will give your abs a good burn, and by doing it 5 days a week for 4 weeks you will get more strengthened and defined abs. You don't need any equipment to participate so you can do this anywhere. Let me know about your results!

@@hackfords Hi her 5 and 10min 6 pack workouts are the best! Keep in mind though if you want to get 6 pack you need calorie deficit reduced carbs and sugar intake. Good luck 🍀
