- Today we're doing a butt workout. It's only 5 minutes and I will be using a resistance band, but you can do without if you don't have one.

@Alice Maria Some of us only want 5 min workouts....and learn to say things kinder.
Actually 5 minutes or 1 hours doesn’t matter her body is proof of her workout and other well being. Some people needs to just do hours of work outs to get some results but honestly some just needs few minutes, I do max 10 minutes daily and I am lightly toned size 0 with good bmi. I just love her 5 min workouts
