- Hi guys! Today I've prepared a short, but effective workout that's going to target your shoulders and biceps and give them a good burn. Use 1-5 pound wrist weights if you have them. If not, you can substitute with anything of that weight. Repeat this workout every or every second day for best results.
Do not use these videos if you have any preconditions that prohibit you from working out. Please follow your doctors guidelines before using this workout video.

Thank you so much for your fantastic videos ! They are the best fitness videos ever ! Is there something to improve or anything to get more views ? Well I think if you would spray water or oil on your skin (the visible skin parts) right at the beginning this sexy effect would generate 10x more views I am sure. Besides that, everything already is perfect, congrats.
