      @@gayathrimajeti9718 you can only do the arm exercises 1st. Normally i start with 2 video abt reducing arm fat. But if you have time maybe taking one more full-body exercise, it will help burn the arm fat faster😉

    コロナ禍から運動始めずっと今も筋トレを続けており、腕の筋トレはほんとに色々試しましたが腕の筋トレはこれがいちばんです🥹2.3日サボるとあっという間に戻るし、逆に続けるほど効果が目に見えます😳一生参考にさせていただきます!(笑)

    Doing this workout for two weeks. We'll see how I feel, so I'll keep track. I started at 27 cm.
    Day 1 - ✅ Did it! Could get through all of the workouts without any extra breaks.
    Day 2 - ✅ Completed it! Felt some sore from yesterday but still not taking any extra breaks. My upper arms are very sore but I'm pushing through!
    Day 3 - ✅ My third time doing this exercise, luckily it's not painful at all and I'm having fun XD
    Day 4 - ✅ Did it! My arms felt burning, kinda struggled on a few of the exercises because my arms are still a bit sore! But that's okay! I completed all of the exercises!
    Day 5 - ✅ Finished the whole exercise until the end, and it's another lucky day! I didn't struggle at all today :))
    Day 6 - ✅ Did it! I had some late-night snacks yesterday tho, will it cancel the exercise result? T^T
    Day 7 - ✅ I almost forgot to update but I did do it! The arm flapping is still killing my arms so those for sure are my weakest points but I'm getting better at them
    Day 8 - ❌ Yesterday I got home really late and went straight to sleep :')
    Day 9 - ✅ Did it today! Also measured my arms to see if there's any progress but there are still none haha. Maybe because I skipped a day and the late-night snacks I had?
    Day 10 - ✅ It's getting pretty hard to do this, my upper arms felt so heavy. Does it mean i'm gaining muscle? Or do i gain weight? Hahaha idk anymore, but i can't wait to see the result!
    Day 11 - ❌ I wasn't feeling well :(
    Day 12 - ✅ Did it today. I think my inconsistency makes my progress really slow. But anyway, I'll keep working hard!
    Day 13 - ✅ Completed it! I'm already used to it my arms don't even hurt anymore. I also see an improvement on my arms size (finally!) Let's see the final result tomorrow.
    Day 14 - ✅ Completed it! I have gotten so much better at this workout! It's 26cm now, so you guys can too! Just try to be consistent and avoid mignight snacking, unlike me hahaha :')

    Puedo confirmar que es súper efectivo desde la primera semana aunque no lo hagas todos los días
    Me daba flojera hacerlo pero aún así me motivaba jajsjs
    Llevo un mes aproximadamente y es muy notorio que mi espalda se ha reducido, al igual que los brazos, las blusas ya me quedan sueltas de esas partes
    En serio confirmo que funciona, no se van a arrepentir💖💖💖💖

    wooow los ejercicios SI funcionan, la verdad es el único canal que me gusta para practicar las posturas y los brazos, lo recomiendo muchísimo, también me bajo mucho la espalda y me ayudó con mi jorobita del cuello, este junto con el vídeo de adelgazar cuello y cara, son perfectos!!!! los hago todos los días sin un día de descanso, ya llevo como 1 mes haciéndolos, pero se siente tan bien después de hacerlos que no puedo dejarlos, si tienen dudas me preguntan

      @@angelesgonzalez6480 hola! hice este junto con el vídeo que se llama "10 ejercicios efectivos para adelgazar la cara y el cuello" de este mismo canal, muy recomendado sin necesidad de hacer masajes si te adelgaza un buen, también me ayudó mucho la faja de postura para clavícula la uso desde diciembre del año pasado y no me arrepiento

      OK, so I figured twice a week to allow for recovery and other activities...
      There is better definition around my upper arm, and I've noticed tightening under my arm (you know, where the 'armpit roll' can squeeze by the bra cup).
