From personal experience they go around making the lives of the people closest to them a living hell because they can and it makes them feel better, and usually have little to no empathy or regret towards their victims. I would feel bad for a person who was like that if they had no control, but they almost always, aren’t the only one affected by their behavior.

I believe that idea of it being Jessica's plan. Yeah, she has argued multiple times that "she's not planning on moving in with Josh"....but there is one part of a stream where people were poking at her about it and she says she would like to move in with Josh but they'd have to have a bigger space and at least 2 bedrooms. So, not only getting him evicted gives her a chance to have him in a space she can "stay over longer", but gives her a chance to coerce him into getting a 2+ bedroom she says she needs to move in with him. Idk if its true, but I keep hearing things about a trailer?
