If you're required to join these Power Circles, they would be Mandatory or Compulsory. The way he describes it sounds more like he has an unspoken obligation to join them, even if the younger female ones aren't comfortable around him and would prefer not to be there if he is.

I think the biggest thing people miss when talking about how Earl blames other people for his actions, is when he gropes his underage victim. Think, how does his story start? 12:30 this, absolutely this. when i was around 12-15 i was friends with this guy who was, in retrospect, insanely creepy and touchy. his hands would "accidentally" land on parts of my body they shouldn't and he would say inappropriate things. he was only around 8 months older than me but much bigger and so he knew he could throw his weight around and shit like that. i had absolutely no confidence, self esteem, or self respect at the time so it didn't occur to me that it was actually pretty serious but it always made me feel very uncomfortable, and even when i did try to get him to stop he wouldn't listen. so there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this asshole was up to the same shit, feigning innocence and giving excuses for groping young women. i also doubt that the victims would have reacted and told their manager about the incident without a prior history of creepiness because it's often an insanely daunting thing to do to and you'll often convince yourself at first that it's not that serious. he is a predator and deserves whatever bullying he faces.

Probably the third 2H4S I ever watched live was the one where you guys brought Earl back on (episode 11 or 12 I think?). It was nuts seeing that unfold in real time and even more so when you brought Cow Wrangler on for a second time. I will never forget Woxxanne the Muslim.
