Hospital says nah that boi is trespassed! Dan the man then died. His last words were "Grace told me to get a gun and kill all of you n*ggers"....*Paramedics look at one another* and say "But we're white"... Daniel comes back from the dead for 10 seconds and just screams the N word over and over and over until a black paramedic in the ambulance just punches his ass with knock out power and Danny boy dead. I was trespassed from my local hospital for about 6 months until it expired and I grew up.

@@coffeefox5703 I’ve worked in a care home for schizophrenic people, the only people who’ve lived there longer than a half year have great self control. Clients like Daniel stay for a couple months, get bored, then finally act out in one or several ways (call an ambulance falsely, accusing staff of theft or sexual assault, or just run away) which, after enough consistent issues, gets them a 30 day notice even if they come back.
In fact, many residents admit they rather live on the street where they feel free to do whatever as opposed to in a structured care home doing what staff tell them to.
Being put in a care home will not fix Daniel. He, like many others, will find a way to take advantage of any help he gets and end up on the street again. That’s just how they get through life: abusing and manipulating every source of help until all bridges are burned and they are left on the street. On top of that, the mental health system is about the funding it gets, not the help they provide to people in need. The select few good people in the field who want to help don't make up the majority of "entrepreneurs" who run care homes only to collect on the taxpayers' money for vacations to Puerto Rico.
I deal with people in the ER like him all the time, they never win.

@@anonymoose2474 I wish the court would see it that way, but the jury and his state appointed attorney would immediately think insanity with Daniel and not take any of his threats or harassment seriously. Daniel is cognitive to a degree that might make the insanity plea be rejected, but I don't think they'll find anything to really put Daniel behind bars or in a psychward for very long.

Daniel is a nuisance don’t get me wrong, but I’ve had the same thing happen to me at a hospital. If you’re experiencing houselessness or just aren’t dressed good enough for their standards, they won’t let you wait for a ride/bus/transport in the waiting room, regardless of the temperature outside. I was 19 and I was kicked out of a hospital in Arizona when it was like 100+ outside the morning I was discharged from care. They get so aggressive if you don’t leave IMMEDIATELY after you get discharged, I’m not sure why but they’re insanely inconsiderate about it and won’t even let you wait 20 minutes for a ride at some hospitals lol.
