That firefighter/emt who called him out for assaulting dude with a bat is a savage.
It wasn’t the EMT guy, it was the cop with them at the time, who were seeing the bodycam through. He said that and then told the EMT guys they’re good to go after they were like “umm. Yeah that’s not on us, we’re gonna get going” 😂 still savage regardless.

Imagine making it all the way through law school, grinding away studying to pass the bar, then probably having to cut your teeth as a public defender before getting hired on at a good law firm. All of that culminating in you getting assigned Cyraxx as one of your clients. That's some cosmically bad luck right there.

I used to work at a little store with a little gas station that was downtown in a suburban kinda New England city. We were closeby the courthouse on main street, and we had coffee.
You would think lawyers all got that money but, my perception is that starting out, these public defender's and such, seem broke as 💩
There was a certain one hour period when we sold coffee for like, 33 cents or smth, and these public defenders would pop in during that window to get their coffee
The first time I ever rang it out, the manager didn't bother doing ANY training save for ensuring I knew to drop cash in the safe every time I surpassed $50 in the drawer, so I didn't know to ring it out however way and it turned into some weird confusing thing and, this dude like stuck around and waited for me for like 5 solid minutes of trying to fix my error. To pay 33 cents, rather than 65 cents, or smth
But after that too, I noticed this dude was always wearing the same suit, skinny, never bought a thing but 30 cents coffees. I know many are just thrifty by nature, but this guy had super broke vibes

A good public defender has two strategies: blow sunshine up Cyraxx’s ass to avoid getting fired, or keep minimal contact until a plea agreement has been reached and convey to ‘Raxx that he will lose horribly in a trial.
This dispatcher is a saint. I did that job for over a decade and this call would have been over in 10 seconds. They 100% all know and hate him. They see his phone number on the caller ID and yell "NOPE, NOT IT", then the lower tenured person has to deal with him. Whenever they come on shift they hear about the latest goblin antics and just pray hes behind bars so they dont have to deal with him for the day.
For sure, you know that lady is probably one they were sad to let her handle it, but also knew she'd be the only one willing to put up with his constant talking over of authorities, which where I'm from, they do not like.
i’ve seen so many crap dispatchers in police videos but chase has literally never gotten a rude one, either he’s really lucky or akron has a great lineup of dispatchers

If I'm talking to goblin, who i know is a low priority, but I also have another line ringing that could potentially be a fatal car accident, a shooter, a heart attack, then I'm going to have to tell him to call back later. They don't. William Gloryhole files a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for the bodycam footage. It exists to allow citizens to review police conduct for police corruption. Police hate having to comply.

Her lawyer finally called the police department and it turned out her testimony to bring charges against him were "misplaced," ie the officer she spoke to didn't file the documents they filled out correctly to move along through the legal process. Her case was dismissed due to lack of evidence because almost two years had passed.

Reminds me of an unsolved case from the pre-TV years. An entire town were suspects on the killing of an individual who lived there including the local crime gang. This one individual had pissed everyone off in the town which included protection rackets, assaults, thefts, rape, murder, extortion, grand theft auto and general anti-social behaviour. When he wound up dead even the local police were suspects and the state had to bring in feds to investigate. Problem was everyone was covering for each other and probably knew who did it including the local court house, to this day nobody knows who killed that one guy.

I’ve been arrested on false charges…… here’s what happens when you’re actually innocent at your arraignment your charges are dropped, body cams go missing, police reports are recanted and your lawyer gives you a good chunk of your money back. I thought about suing but was advised I’d need to move if I did because they don’t like to take L’s in public.

The problem w all of this is that u are looking at Cyraxx's actions from a normal, and logical perspective. This man clearly has a significant developmental disability. I'm in southern Ontario, Canada, and I worked for a group home agency for 7 yrs that supported developmentally disabled adults who had behavioral issues, which meant it was complete lockdown. They also support those from the judicial system deemed unfit to stand trial due to a developmental disability.
Here in Ontario any one of those calls to police would have launched an investigation into him, like his comprehension level, which based on what I've seen would be quite low, and then his fam would be investigated bc they're responsible for him. They'd be deemed unable to meet his needs, he'd be tkn by the state and sent to live in a locked down group home. This would be after any and all court proceedings and he'd be housed in a psych facility until done, and then only moved once permanent accommodations made. One of the guys I worked w is a lot like Cyraxx in many ways/areas.
