And just as a started to accept that I would never be taller than him again, I realised my sister (Flipping 4 years younger than me) is like 1/2 an inch away from being my height

Update after almost 2 months: I stopped doing it after 1 month and I'm 162cm now! If you stay consistent you can and you will reach your desired height!
Tips: sleep as long as you need, eat plenty of nutritious food, have a glass of milk every morning after stretching, use the law of attraction
Don't compare your results to someone else's! You grow at your own pace!

These stretches seem to give u good results. I’m trying to grow more other than stretches and I thank u so much for the other tips. Do u know how long I should do these stretches though because some people said they’ve shrunk back down
@@aliciasworld1016 it depends on your age and your body because if you're older than 21 you won't grow anymore you just stretch your body and work on your posture to make yourself look taller. If you're younger than 21 you're still growing and with stretches you can speed up the process and kinda support your body to achieve YOUR maximum height. Every body is different and some people are smaller than other people and that's normal and you can't do anything about it, not even with stretches BUT if you do these stretches properly you will definitely grow a bit! Make sure to do it long enough, I heard from people that have been doing stretches for 2 months and they didn't shrink back down but it really depends on the individual body. Keep going because growing is a process that takes a lot of time but if you've been doing these stretches for a long time and you don't see any changes that's when you can stop because then your growing process is finished FOR NOW

This video helped me soooo much.. I m 12 and my height was 146cm..(too short.. Ik).. I always got teased bcoz of my height.. But after doing these streches I have grown 4cm!!! OMG!! I did these streches for like 7-9 days.. Once in the morning and once in night..
And I already got the results.. Im 150 cm now.. Didnt take any special diet..just 2 glasses of milk everyday..My dream height is 5'10 .. And I hope that I reach that height.. Thank you sooo much artemis.. Thankuthankuthanku!!!!

I have heard many people saying that height doesn't incresae after age of 18. Its not true in my sister's case. When she was 18 years old, she was exactly my height and i am younger than her. Then almost after an year she was like almost 1.5 inches taller than me. I also asked her about this and she admitted that she grew some height during her college time. I have also seen many videos on youtube of girls admitting that they grew after 18. So if you are under 18 definitely you can grow(because i grew and i am a girl) and even if you are 19-25 years old, still u have a chance. Just have faith on you and god. No faith no gain😅🙏

guys this really does work! I've been doing this video along with alivia d'andrea's stretching video to get taller for a month. I was 5'3 1/2 inches, now I'm 5'4 3/4! Try it it really does work. I also recommend drinking milk and jumping/standing a lot so you can maximize your results.

Just here to help you guys! I did some stretching exercises for 1 month last year and I did grow visibly taller but I discontinued after that and I went back to my actual height. Upon some research and professional advice I came to know that if you are stretching then you need to continue that for at least few months so that your muscles don't contract back to original length. Week 1: At first it wasn't giving any results, but from the 2nd to 3rd day my mobility developed. Then eventually I grew to 160cm. I didn't drink milk, but I ate protein foods(esp chicken), taking vitamins such as(vit c, calcium, vit d, magnesium, zinc), and did sprinting along. I'd say sprinting really helped the most. Also, I drink pediasure which is a height booster drink made for children, I drink the ones from 10-15 years old. Gonna do the 2nd week now!!
