    Hey guys, I have been exercising this from about7-8 days and at first, I thought that I didn’t grew but after 2 days my parents said to me that there’s a little difference in your height and also weight.     Weight: 53 kg
    Height: 164 cm (5'4 and a half)
    Ideal Height: 170/172 (5'7)
    My routine details:
    *Eat 2 meals a day (protein such as fish and lean meat, and fruits high in fiber)
    *Get enough sleep at least 7-8 hours
    *Drink 1 glass of milk contains high multinutrient
    * 7 glasses of water a day
    *1 or two probiotic milk a day
    *One intake of organic chlorella/growth supplement, product by healthy options a day
    *Morning: Height increases cardio burn 10 mins, 10 minutes cardio full body standing workout by Shirlyn Kim or Emi Wong

    Ok so I've been doing this for 4 days and when I check my height I feels a little different. I'll be updating if i see some changes again.I'll say how many week and how much centimeters I've grown.
    • week-1: 1cm
    •week-2: somewhat same but feels energetic.
    •week-3: ok i hadn't done it for 4-5days bcz of periods. But ya I'm doing it now. Doesn't feel much difference maybe bcz i couldn't do it regularly and I got to eat healthy food also.

    This makes me really happy! I'm a pre teen but I'm only 4'11. The rest of my friends are 5'2 already. Although being short has its perks because I generally look younger than my friends I still feel a bit of envy. So, my goal is 5'1 at least.

    Day 1:- kinda exhausted and sweaty but didn't get sore because i am a little flexible. ✅
    Day 2:- Still exhausted but not much and no pain at all✅

    Doing this for a month along with other workouts! x
    Before: I have a flat stomach and a little bit of toned muscle, but i have a little bit of muffin top fat on the sides of my waist. I am currently about 5'0 and I would like to grow taller. Il update resultes every week. Im doing this workout along with the 7 minute flat belly workout. I am on no diet and am drinking 8 cups of water a day.

    I really wanna try to increase my height, so I'll try this video and see the results in each dayz.. (first week woukd be 2 times a day, but later on might reduced as I'll be heading back to college 😢)

    Heyy I did this workout almost throughout the month of April well there's no sudden increase in height ( only a slighter increasment can be seen in my case) instead of that it somewhat shaped my body.

      Hi, it’s me again from another account i completed day 18 but l only did 3 workouts this time and in 2 of them(including this) l skipped some workouts like twist jumps etc cause’ I did swimming, basketball, badminton, hanging, guys I’m sorry I can’t do the 4th workout as it was more than enough for a 12 year old body😢

    I’m 17 and I’m 4’11” which sucks. My mom is 5’5”. My goal is to at least be 5’2”, hopefully 5’4”-5’8”. Would this help me gain height? Because it really sucks being this short.

    i am going to be doing this work out for a week with another workout to see if it helps me to lose belly fat , increase in height and form hourglass shape on me(i am a rectangle though i know this can't help me change my body shape but i want to lose some inches off my waist) . i have tried many workouts but i just can't lose weight so i am expecting for it to work
    height - 153cm
    day 1- it was easy
    day2-i did not do this but did her other workouts
    day 3- i was sweating a lot while doing this and my calves hurt
    Day -4 I did it and my legs are hurting
    day 5- i did not do this but did her other workouts
    day 6- i did this and am noticing some changes like my legs appear longer than before

      @@helli1650 in the morning I eat chia pudding and then a glass of hot water and lemon and one egg
      In the lunch time I just eat one banana and eat green veggies
      And I do my dinner before 7 pm and it’s basically masala oats or just carrots(it helps to increase height)
      And before going to bed I drink a glass of milk with ashwagandha in it

      im 15 and 167-168 cm NOW
      but like 9-10months ago i was 161cm and I didn‘t grew much since 2 year, because I had a tumor and you know because of that I stopped my growing, and the doctors told me I can grow maximum 1-2cm more.
      BUT THEN I started to stretch everyday and did the ,,grow till 35- indian methode‘‘ and it helped me really much. And I’m jumping often trampolin.
      Since 3 months I‘m doing regulary other stretching videos from a model youtuber and it‘s really helpful.(october 2023)
      I also do sprinting and chaostraining.
      so now I’m growing like every view weeks some millimeters.
      and don‘t forget to drink much water, sleep at least 7-8 houers, and take zinc and vitamin D and C, and eat much but healthy, protein and and not much sweets, because sweets can stop your growth too.

    I want to increase my height as I am 13 ,I am only 4.11 feet because if I get old 15/16 I won't get to increase my height as girls stop increasing at that age but this workout took all my sweats out of my old

    I'm 15 and 4,10 (short ik), I have started it from today, will update daily..
    Day 1: Felt a bit tired after doing this but I enjoyed it!!
    Day 2: Was feeling energetic so did this 2 times with some other workout videos as well.
    Day 3: Same as day 2 lol
    Day 4: Forgot to do it
    Day 5: still the same but doing this makes me feel more full of energy!
    Day 6: Still nothing changed
    Day 7 and 8 were the same!
    Day 9: Guys! i FINALLY noticed a difference in my height,, I grew by 3cms!! Thid motivated me!
    Day 10: did this with my sister haha!!
